European Luxury Mansion for Sale in Atlanta Georgia [2 Acres]
Bella Northside is a Private 2-Acre European Luxury Mansion for Sale in Atlanta Georgia by Selling with No Reserve at Absolute Auction May 19th.
Exquisite beauty and European amenities are united in this elegant estate in an affluent neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia. Traditional European architecture harmonizes with a contemporary feel to create the masterpiece that is Bella Northside. This William T. Baker designed home has been showcased in New Classicists: American Architecture, the 2015 Atlanta Symphony Decorator Show House and Gardens.
The spacious French country-style kitchen has exposed wood beams and recessed lighting that punctuate the paneled ceiling. Dual islands and a built-in desk make both meal planning and preparation effortless. Top-of-the-line appliances like the Dacor 6-burner gas stove, dual Dacor wall ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and two Dacor dishwashers make this chefs kitchen both European and convenient.
A state-of-the-art, custom-built wine cellar offers perfect climate-controlled storage and tasting space for your favorite vintages.
The entertainment space continues on the terrace level. A billiards and game room invites you in with beautiful stone flooring and abundant lighting, while double doors lead out to a covered patio. A recreation room with a fireplace and wet bar offer further space for relaxing, and an exercise room with sports flooring encourages healthy living.
Bella Northside also offers all the amenities you need for the ultimate in comfort and luxury. A Crestron whole house system offers programmable lighting, audio, thermostats, and security at the touch of a button, while six-inch interior walls and a cement slab between floors provide quiet insulation so you can enjoy serene moments anywhere.
The first floor master suite is a dream. Trey-vaulted, 16-foot ceilings with opulent crown moulding are simply beautiful, while a marble fireplace offers both warmth and refinement. His and her bathrooms are a luxurious retreat with steam showers and a Kohler Vibr Acoustic Hydro Tub. Both partners can enjoy a walk-in closet with abundant storage and a packing island.
Enjoy a full 2 acres outdoors from the romantic balustrades of the private veranda overlooking the gardens and raised pool deck. Take a swim in the sprawling Pebble Tec heated saline pool; it’s perfect for both soaking and lap swimming.
To the front of the property, an impressive stone paved motor court provides abundant parking, as does the three-car garage and long finished concrete driveway with space for six to ten additional cars.
Located just minutes from medical services, shopping, fine art galleries, and some of the best public and private schools in Atlanta, Bella Northside is tucked among the rolling hills and woodlands of Georgia. It’s also a short drive to the upscale Lennox Square shopping center, the gorgeous Chastain Park Conservancy, and the Whitewater Creek Trails that run along the Chattahoochee River.
From Victorian mansions to European architectural havens, nearby Buckhead has it all when it comes to real estate; however having a home like Bella Northside on the market is a rarity for the area. Located outside the bustle of downtown Atlanta, but within the Interstate 285 Perimeter, Bella Northside is a serene oasis that’s still close to it all.
Atlanta is just ten miles south of Bella Northside and is home to numerous government buildings. Culture abounds in Midtown, the city’s arts district, home to the Atlanta Opera, Atlanta Ballet, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and Alliance Theatre.
The city is also home to the CDC, the research of Emory University, and a growing biotechnology sector. Atlanta corporate headquarters include media moguls CNN, Turner Broadcasting, The Weather Channel, and Cox Communications, as well as Fortune 100 companies AT&T Mobility, Delta Airlines, The Coca-Cola Company, Newell Rubbermaid, UPS, and more. Nationally, Atlanta is ranked fourth in the number of Fortune 500 companies that headquarter here.

Atlanta downtown skyline at twilight as seen from Piedmont Park. April 2010 during Dogwood festival. This is called midtown Atlanta and the very far left of the video is downtown, you can only see a few of those building's, it's a little bigger than midtown. There's another huge set of buildings in the Buckhead district which aren't in the picture about 3 miles to the right which is Atlanta's version of South beach's party area although midtown is quickly taking over as the new party area due to the violence in Buckhead whith popular clubs like the awesome one called Opera.
