Alcanadan asuinalue Alcudiassa Mallorcalla on suhteellisen tasokas ja täynnä hienoja asuntoja sekä hotelleja. Myös alueella sijaitseva golf-kenttä on tasokas.
Alcanada has a small, romantic beach stretching 200m and about 20m wide. Shade can be sought under the pines that dot the beach, there are no sun beds, no parasols, no bars, just unspoilt coastline and crystal clear waters for those in search of something very peaceful. 150m out to sea is the small isle of Alcanada with lighthouse, easy to swim to or even walk to if you can find the shallow path. The coastline to the left of the isle is also a delight and a wonderful walk with or without your dog, along the way are a number of perfect places to settle and have a swim, or eat your picnic and enjoy the glorious views. Along this well-worn path on one side is the sea and on the other, for some of the way, is the impeccable 18-hole golf course of Alcanada, promising great days of golf, delicious food and magnificent views. A favourite for paddle fans, sailing and fishing, the area is a delight, not well-known, very picturesque, very low key tourism but a well loved weekend / summer venue for the locals.
Towards the village centre there is a very nice, small hotel, bar with waterfront terrace, and a small supermarket, with all main amenities including a fantastic marina just a few minutes drive away in the Port of Alcudia. There are two main residential areas in Alcanada one set on a hillside from which most of the homes have wonderful sea views and the second along the coast towards the Port of Alcudia, properties range from small seafront cottages to larger villas, both modern and traditional, all just a stroll from the waterfront. Alcanada is a very lovely peaceful spot, with delightful views and within an easy drive of the livelier local towns.
Club de Golf Alcanada was opened in 2003, Alcanada golf course is the nearest thing to a links course on the island. When Robert Trent Jones designed this course, his philosophy was easy bogeys and difficult pars and without doubt he succeeded.
Not a course for beginners, but the reasonably confident golfer will appreciate his skill in creating a hard but fair 18 holes.
The only course situated by the sea, Alcanada gives golfers the opportunity to soak up the fantastic views of Alcudia bay while they play a round or two.

A beautiful long quiet beach not far from Alcudia
A short trip out of Alcudia and away from the crowds, is a rugged stretch of coastline featuring beautiful turquoise waters and it’s own island lighthouse.
In a marked change from the commercialism of Port D’Alcudia beach there are no shops or restaurants or even houses bordering this beach, only the quiet road and the countryside, leaving you free to enjoy a peaceful beach day away from the sounds of horse and carts, merchants and taxis.
This doesn’t mean you’re devoid of facilities though, simply head back to the small town where you’ll find a souvenir shop and a Spar selling plenty of picnic food options as well as snorkels, inflatable’s and beach necessities.

Platja dels Cecs es una playa virgen de piedra y rocas situada muy cerca de la playa de la Alcanada en Alcúdia. Es un lugar poco frecuentado con vistas a la isla de la Alcanada.
Largo = 300 m , Ancho = 5 m .
OBSERVACIONES
Es recomendable llevar calzado para el baño. El aparcamiento es el mismo que el de la playa de la Alcanada y después hay que caminar 1 km aproximadamente.

▶️Beach Aucanada, esta playa tiene escasa arena, tiene unas calitas preciosas, es una playa muy tranquila, el acceso por carretera es sencillo siguiendo las señalizaciones viaria, te conducirá hasta un gran aparcamiento gratuito junto a la playa, es una playa ideal para hacer picnic y pasar el día en familia o con amigos.
▶️Noviembre es un mes muy tranquilo, en verano hace mucho calor y mucho turismo.
