Journey Lights / Open Arms Live Forum LA 2016
Journey performs Lights (City by the bay) and Open Arms from 2008 Revelation (rerecording on the Journey album with current lead vocalist Arnel Pineda from the Philippines). 1978 Infinity album original version of Lights was co-written and recorded by Steve Perry. Jonathan Cain piano solo leads into power ballad Billboard Hot 100 #2 hit Open Arms originally from 1981 album Escape. Journey was live in concert at the Los Angeles Forum, Inglewood, CA on August 28, 2016 co-headlined with Santana. Journey current line-up is Neal Schon – lead guitar, Ross Valory – bass guitar, Steve Smith – drums, Jonathan Cain – keyboards/guitars and Arnel Pineda – lead vocal.
Wikipedia: The song Lights is a ballad about Journey's city of origin, San Francisco, although it was actually written in and originally intended to be about Los Angeles. It was one of Steve Perry's first Journey songs, and was recorded soon after his joining the band. In an interview, Perry said, I had the song written in Los Angeles almost completely except for the bridge and it was written about Los Angeles. It was 'when the lights go down in the city and the sun shines on LA.' I didn't like the way it sounded at the time. And so I just had it sitting back in the corner. Then life changed my plans once again, and I was now facing joining Journey. I love San Francisco, the bay, and the whole thing. 'The bay' fit so nice, 'When the lights go down in the city and the sun shines on the bay.' It was one of those early-morning-going-across-the-bridge things, when the sun was coming up and the lights were going down. It was perfect.

6 Year Travel Selfie
I traveled around the world for 6 Years to over 60 countries and captured in all on video with the 360 selfie technique.
The 6 Year Travel Selfie is a follow up to my most viral video The 3 Year Epic Selfie[PART 1] released in May 2014 that featured some extreme selfies, dangerous selfies and amazing selfies and was the first video of it's kind to feature the 360 Selfie technique, to which people have said I was the first to ever do the 360 selfie technique, calling me the father of selfie. As flattering as that is I'm sure someone out there already did it before me, I didn't know about it and the idea came to me organically without ever knowing about the technique before I came up with it back in 2011 when selfie sticks weren't even a thing yet...that's why you'll see a broken tripod leg with zip ties and duct tape in Part I of the video because I had to engineer my own... however I certainly say I did popularize the technique and idea which took the internet by storm in 2014.
Because this is my claim to fame and started my digital career, I decided to pay it homage and continue it's legacy by continuing to film my travels in this fashion, and that's how this now in Part 3 was created. The 360 Selfie will always be my baby, however unpopular it is now and today, I'll always have it in a special part of my heart.
