The Australian National Aviation Museum is an aviation museum at the Moorabbin Airport in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It was founded in 1962 as the Australian Aircraft Restoration Group, an attempt to maintain a World War II-era Bristol Beaufighter aircraft. It has since become a museum, with a large aircraft collection. It was originally named the Moorabbin Air Museum. As of 2008 it held 50 aircraft and 25 engines. [Description source :

Kali ini kami berbagi pengalaman mengunjungi museum pesawat terbang yang bernama the Australia National Aviation Museum). Museum ini terletak di Moorabbin Airport, sekitar 30 menit dari Melbourne CBD.
Mayoritas koleksi pesawat di museum ini adalah pesawat perang di era World War I and II. Beberapa pesawat komersial dan pesawat kargo pun terdapat di museum ini.

AP-3C Orion A9-756 delivery to the South Australian Aviation Museum
On the morning of 10 December after 39 years of service, AP-3C Orion, tail number A9-756, was transported by road to its new home at the South Australian Aviation Museum in the City of Port Adelaide, South Australia.
The aircraft was our sixth Orion serving with No. 92 Wing at RAAF Base Edinburgh since 1978. A9-756 has participate in all of the operational, training and tasks undertaken by No. 92 Wing and has provided excellent service to 10 Squadron, No. 92 Wing and the wider ADF during its 39 years of service with Air Force.

This is a walk through of this aviation museum and rather than explain all, this is set to music to give a lyrical look and feel of what these aircraft were in their day of flying.
There's a Mirage jet fighter; a Transavia Airturk which you may recognise from the MAD MAX movies; Gyro Copters; Helicopters; model aircraft, Wheeler Scout, Circle CW, male and female uniforms and even a Bofors Gun. Is that the Red Baron somewhere?
