We chose to begin our journey north with a 2 day ride from Athens to Patras (Greeces third largest city) in order to test our bike gear and get a better sense of our physical condition for the ride ahead. This video includes footage from these first two days of riding leading up to the wedding of George's sister on Corfu island.

This is the first ride that we had. [ we were given two chances to ride the boat the first one was legal and the 2nd one... we asked the boatman to allow us to ride again since teh next batch of passengers is very few-[guess about only 4 passengers]
