In the 19th century the hunting, which we are trying to recreate right now, was more likely to be an entertainment for the aristocracy, for people who could afford it. If earlier hunting was connected with obtaining food, one could not survive without it, later it became an attribute of the aristocracy or a ritual.

We are not going to kill anyone. Our aim is to go across the fields riding horses, of course, following all the traditions of hunt. But we do not want to kill anyone, we do not need it. To understand what is hunting with borzoi dogs, to experience the spirit of the 19th century, it is not necessary to hold a dead hare in your hands.
