Nepisiguit Migmaq Trail Hike Day 1
The first day of three days hiking the Nepisiguit Mi'gmaq Trail in Bathurst. This section is from Middle Landing to the teepee above Pabineau Falls. We had to put out a small forest fire in the first kilometre, which meant we had to hike most of the section in the dark. Staying in the teepee was very cool and highly recommended.
Stay tuned for Day 2 where I have breakfast with two beavers and we make it to the amazing Pabineau Falls.

Serpentine Lake Adventure March 21 2010
Dean and I trailered our sleds from Miramichi to Rogers Lake. After a great breakfast with Doodle, we headed West to Serpentine Lake. The snow was frozen in the early morning but softened up as the temperature rose to 10°C through the day. Sleddin' was some of the best this year. We played, stopped when we wanted, talked to everyone we saw, ate snoozed in the sun and had a BLAST! Made it to Serpentine about 2:30 PM. Got home about 10:00 that night after a great adventure. Have a look-see.
Nepisiguit Migmaq Trail hike Day 3
Hiking a 5 km section of the Nepisiguit Migmaq Trail above the Pentland Brook Access (Access Point S). Includes a couple of partridge some Moose Birds and lots of signs of moose but no moose. We ended the day at the 150 Main restaurant in Bathurst and stayed at the Gite L'Etoile du Havre Bed and Breakfast.
