Today I went to Chiba City and checked out the Museum of Science and the planetarium.
I was definitely the only solo adult there and it was all in Japanese BUT I mean it took me back to my school excursion days. I may or may not have kicked a kid outta the Tornado Machine LOL
I also didn't film too much, I'm too busy soaking everything in, so this was the outcome!

前田森林公園 芝生広場 Maeda forest park Square [Travel Hokkaido]
北海道札幌市手稲区にある前田森林公園の芝生広場です。
新川通に近いほうの大きな駐車場からすぐにある、大きな広場です。
散歩もできますし、家族でのんびり過ごすのにも最適の場所です。

One Day KIRA KIRA TOUR Mt. Fuji Japan, 30 April 2018

invites you to a healing and transformational self-awakening day tour “KIRA KIRA” Mt. Fuji on 30 April 2018
Kira kira is an onomatopoeia meaning to twinkle and sparkle in Japanese. During the tour, we’ll visit Mt. Fuji and its areas, including powerful Shinto shrines to cleanse your body, mind and spirit and to merge with the energy for you to become “KIRA KIRA”. So come and immerse yourself in the energy gracefully emanating from Mt. Fuji!
Tour Summary
This healing and transformational self-awakening tour takes us to secret vortex energy spots as well as beautiful photogenic cultural sites around Mt. Fuji. First, we’ll visit the north side of Mt. Fuji, including Shinto shrines with a solemn atmosphere to receive strong Yin energy. The precinct is one of the largest forest shrines in Japan. After a short nature trail walk and visiting a park that has a broad lawn area overlooking Mt. Fuji for a break, we’ll enjoy a nature walk around the forest known as the Sea of Trees, which is a contemplative, evocative place that welcomes silence. We’ll also visit the ice cave and waterfalls, enjoying a gorgeous view from the bus window on the way. Finally, we will make our way to the shrine that is located on the south side of Mt. Fuji to receive Yang energy.
When you visit these places on both sides, the energy will be interconnected to merge within you so that you can become “KIRA KIRA”.
After making your reservation, you will receive a detailed itinerary and information to help you prepare for the tour.
Note: The Yin is like the root of the tree (the ground), and the Yang is like the trunk and the branch (the sky). To form a complete tree or Earth, they are complimentary and interdependent in the natural world. Like the tree and the Earth, the merging of yin and yang eventually forms a complete and balanced globe.

・Locally grown organic food lunch boxes (Japanese style) will be prepared specifically for this group.
・A chartered bus that has lots of luggage space and a driver will transport us comfortably for the entire tour from/to Tokyo.
・Your flight or travel costs to the meeting point in Tokyo or back home after the tour are not included.
・Leaving the tour at Shin-Fuji Station is also possible. This is convenient for those heading south, such as to Kyoto or Osaka via Shinkansen (bullet train). If preferred, please request when booking.

Unknown to many tourists who generally head towards more well known locations like Yamashita Park, Negishi Forest Park is something of an oasis hidden in an urban neighborhood setting. Known in Japanese as ‘Negishi Shinrin Koen’, this is one of the largest parks in Yokohama with a surface area covering over 1800 square meters.
Entering through the main entrance you will have several options of things to see. The observation platform may be best as this will help give you a good sense of the area’s geography. On clear days there are impressive views of Yokohama Landmark Tower and Mount Fuji.
Once you have judged the general layout follow the path on your right until you reach the Equine Museum and Pony Centre, which unsurprisingly contains several ponies and horses. This area is great for kids and horse lovers as it is possible to ride either on the third Sunday of most months from 13:30 pm until 14:20 pm. There is limited availability so turn up early!
Upon entering the park’s main section you cannot help but notice how its large oval shape reveals its former status as a race track, originally built over 70 years ago. Within this space of time the area has been transformed into beautiful open fields and forests containing a large plum grove, a nice pond and my personal favorite; numerous walking paths which are ideal for jogging. The paths around the pond and forests are especially pleasant and good for seeing plants, flowers and wildlife.
The vast open fields where the track was located provide a great place to have a picnic or relax throughout the year. If planning to spend several hours here, I would definitely recommend bringing your own food as there aren't any restaurants, food stands or unbelievably, convenience stores within a five minute walk.
Spring is a great time to come and admire the 350 plus cherry blossom trees, while summer is an excellent time to visit and escape the city heat. Any season is perfect to escape the city and enjoy the genuine peace and tranquility of the environment.

多くの樹木による四季折々の景観も素晴らしいもので、特に桜の時期などはとても賑わいます。
这是在日本首次举行西洋式赛马的根岸赛马场旧址建造的公园，旁边是根岸赛马纪念公苑，苑内有马匹博物馆及每月供游客骑马一次的「小型马中心」。
