26 laps on Baby Falls
26 laps for my 26th birthday! Chose to avoid flat landings on most of them for obvious reasons.
What a long but sweet day! Drove a few hours from Asheville to meet a client, got a fun Ocoee lap in, and finished with 26 laps of Baby Falls on the Tellico.
Thanks Jack for the idea and for joining. I roped my boat up for the first lap or two then decided that wasn't any easier than just carrying it. That hike gets tiring; after 5 laps I had to ditch the drysuit and the base layer.
Was able to record every lap except for lap 18; I'm not sure what happened there. I came back the next morning and did 6 more plus 3 laps on Bald River Falls for a total of 35 waterfall laps in under 24hrs.
Level was about ~1.5. Too low for me to want to do the rest of the run, but the falls are still great

GoPro Video Guidebook to the Upper Tellico River, Tennessee
The Upper Tellico is a great run with not to many rapids so it can be run multiple times per day.
The ledges and especially Baby Falls are amazing places to play and learn to boof.
There are a few things that you should know about though, first is that the first ledge can be very sticky at flood levels, second, there is a big undercut in Jared's Knee just above the knee.

Tellico River Trout Fishing
The Tellico River is one of the most heavily stocked trout rivers in the Southeast. In addition to large numbers of trout the Tellico River Hatchery stocks quality fish and Tellico River Trophies, trout that anglers from North Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Alabama are flocking to this mountain stream to catch. We filmed Pautzke Outdoors over the 13-mile section of water planted with trout and used Pautzke Gold Label, Silver Label, Orange Deluxe and Yellow Jacket salmon eggs to catch dozens of trout.
