The Mill House Bar and Restaurant in Melbourne VIC offering Good Food, Wines and Cocktail Drinks
Occupying an old mill house in the centre of Melbourne, The Mill House is a cracking bar/restaurant that is defs worth a look in - great for a casual lunchtime bite or an after work drink. The underground bar space is moody and versatile with comfortable booth seating, long bar tables and grungy dancefloor space which is often tightly packed after 10pm. The menu has plenty of choice, flowing from small plates to sharing platters and hearty pizzas. On the drinks list there’s also plenty of options; we love the custom sangria menu, the delicious cocktails and the naughty ‘moonshine menu’ (yep, that's right moonshine). Get here and chillax with your mates or kickstart your evening with a few cheeky bevs, trust us The Mill House is where you want to be.

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA CITY CENTRE BATMAN PARK AND SEALIFE AQUARIUM
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA CITY CENTRE BATMAN PARK AND SEALIFE AQUARIUM
( MELBOURNE , AUSTRALIA )
Batman Park is an urban park, located on the northern bank of the Yarra River in central Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Batman Park is a small open grassed space with paths and planted Eucalyptus trees bordered by Spencer Street at the west, Flinders Street Viaduct at the north and King Street to the east.
The park was established in 1982 through the conversion of a disused freight train rail yard and was named after one of the founders of Melbourne, John Batman with historical associations as a landing place of the Schooner Rebecca and nearby settlement at Batman's Hill.
In 1997 Batman Park was effectively split in half with the section east of King Street rebranded as Enterprize Park. Much of the land on the new park was reclaimed to recreate a historical 1850s turning basin and timber wharf with sculptures by Bruce Armstrong and Geoffrey Bartlett recalling the site's maritime history. Enterprize park also became the site of the Melbourne Aquarium.
Melbourne City Centre (also known colloquially as simply The City or The CBD is an area of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is the area in which (Melbourne) was established in 1835
Melbourne has once again been named the world's most liveable city by The Economist, receiving a perfect score for healthcare, education and infrastructure.
Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium is a Southern Ocean and Antarctic aquarium in central Melbourne, Australia. It is located on the banks of the Yarra River beside and under the Flinders Street Viaduct and the King Street Bridge.
Southbank is an inner urban neighbourhood of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 1 km south of the Melbourne City center. Its local government area are the cities of Melbourne and Port Phillip. At the 2016 Census, Southbank had a population of 18,709.[1] Its southernmost area is considered part of the central business district of the city. Southbank is bordered to the north by the Yarra River, and to the east by St Kilda Road. Southbank's southern and western borders are bounded by Dorcas Street, Kings Way, the West Gate Freeway and Montague Street.
Southbank Melbourne was formerly an industrial area and part of South Melbourne. It was transformed into a densely populated district of high rise apartment and office buildings beginning in the early 1990s, as part of an urban renewal program. With the exceptions of the cultural precinct along St Kilda Road, few buildings built before this time were spared by redevelopment.
Today, Melbourne Southbank is dominated by high-rise development. It is one of the primary business centres in Greater Melbourne, being the headquarters of Treasury Wine Estates, Crown Limited, Alumina, Incitec Pivot, The Herald & Weekly Times (including the Herald Sun), as well as regional offices of many major corporations, in a cluster of towers with over 340,000 square metres of office space in 2008. It is also one of the most densely populated areas of Melbourne, with a large cluster of apartment towers, including Australia's tallest tower measured to its highest floor, the Eureka Tower.
Southbank Promenade and Southgate Restaurant and Shopping Precinct, on the southern bank of the Yarra River, extending to Crown Casino, is one of Melbourne's major entertainment precincts. Southgate's landmark Ophelia sculpture by Deborah Halpern has been used to represent Melbourne in tourism campaigns.

Pollard Oak
Pollarding is a pruning system in which the upper branches of a tree are removed, promoting a dense head of foliage and branches. It has been common in Europe since medieval times and is practised today in urban areas worldwide, primarily to maintain trees at a predetermined height. The bole of the tree, constantly cut back over a period of years, will eventually form a lump, or ‘burr’, which when sawn for veneer, gives a lovely grained, swirling figure.
The effect is similar to that of burr walnut with its distinctive speckled grain. Burrs, or ‘burls’, are growths which appear on the side of tree trunks, resulting from a tree undergoing some form of stress. They may be caused by an injury, virus or fungus.
During the 19th century great strides were made in the mechanisation of cabinet making. Marc Isambard Brunel [ Isambard Kingdom’s father] built the first steam driven saw mill, and invented a circular saw that could be used to cut veneers thinly and evenly for the first time. He also developed the first hydraulic veneer press. The figured wood cut from burrs and pollards is notoriously difficult to cut and lay: the wild grain which makes it so attractive results in a very delicate, brittle veneer. The new machines enabled the Victorian craftsmen to make the most of these beautiful timbers.

Testing The Rabbit Lift Up Invisible Bra | SCCASTANEDA
Today I'm testing and trying the Rabbit Lift Up Invisible Bra for the first time so you wouldn't have to! I read the reviews on the latest rabbit pasties which by the way come with an adhesive breast / boob lift tape and of course I tried it. This invisible bra tape apparently makes your breasts get an instant lift and firm in order to prevent breast sagging. I jumped on Amazon as fast as I could to get this strapless bra. Also, this sticky bra is available in plus sizes and big boobs as well! Let me know what kind of try on video you would like to see next in the comment section below!

Best Restaurants in Preston Australia - Eat Where Chefs Eat!
Hood Food Guide. Where The Flavour's At.
SEASON FINALÉ OF THE BEST FOOD IN MELBOURNE, YO!
In Hood Food Guide Episode Five, we chewed the fat with the man behind arguably Melbourne’s best (and no argument on most successful) Mexican restaurant, Matt Lane of Mamasita and the soon-to-be Hotel Jesus. As we’ve found with a great deal of other leading Melbourne restaurant owners, Lane lives way up North in the sticks, aka PRESTON.
The hood is catching up to what the rest of the Melbourne culinary food scene has already been snickering about behind its back, and it might just be doing it better. Lane hung up the tacos and took five to shoot the shit with us way up in Preston.
We hit up Boundary Espresso for breakfast and coffee, One Noodle Friendship for lunch, a snack at Chew Burger and dinner at United Arab Eatery.
Who’d he bring to dinner? An interesting bunch of gents, making for a ripping evening. We chowed down with Raph Rashid (Beat Box Kitchen, Taco Truck, Juanita Peaches, All Day Donuts), his co-owner and head chef at Mamasita and Hotel Jesus Nick Peters, the bloody 161 Nightclub owner in Andrew “Zok” Szoeke (drink cards, m8?) and long-time friend and all round good guy Chris “Wigla” Weeks.
He's dedicated his life to food. This is where he lives. Why would you watch anything else?
Check it out. And thanks for hanging around for the season, it’s been gr8 m8.

One Dead After Shooting Outside Australia Nightclub, Three Injured
According to Reuters, police said that a drive-by shooting outside a nightclub in the Australian city of Melbourne inflicted “horrific injuries” that killed a security guard and wounded three men. Sunday’s shooting took place around 3.20 a.m. in the lively entertainment district of Melbourne’s southeastern suburb of Prahran. Police said that three security guards and a man queueing to enter were taken to hospital with gunshot injuries,
This video was produced by YT Wochit News using
Melbourne Wellington and Prahan areas
Prahran is a part of Greater Melbourne, with many shops, restaurants and cafes. The area of Prahran, centred along Commercial Road is one of Melbourne's villages.[citation needed]
The shopping street Chapel Street is a mix of upscale fashion boutiques and cafes. Greville Street, once the centre of the Melbourne's hippie community, has many cafés, bars, restaurants, bookstores, clothing shops and music shops.
Prahran takes its name from Pur-ra-ran, a compound of two aboriginal words, meaning land partially surrounded by water, in 1837 by George Langhorne. The proximity of the Yarra River and a swamp to the southwest (Albert Park Lake is the remnant) explains that description.[2]

Best French Restaurant in Melbourne? Eat Where Chefs Eat!
Bistro Thierry in Toorak offers the truest French dining experience in the city. From the moment you're greeted at the door with a Bonsoir, until the moment you take your last sip of champagne, you'll forget you're still in Australia. Trust Hood food Guide to discover more purely authentic food experiences in the pockets of Melbourne's thriving multicultural society.
Multiculturalism lends itself to fusion cuisine. It’s a beautiful thing that allows for a range of flavour. Thai meets modern Australian, Korean is mixed with Japanese, Italian merges with Peruvian.
But there’s nothing quite like that authentic experience, that true-to-the-core meal that makes you forget you’re in one of the most multicultural cities in the world. We all crave the chance to celebrate a local food scene that not only does “foreign food,” but also transports their guests to a new city where they can explore a culture through food and atmosphere.

Heston Blumenthal's 'The Fat Duck' at Crown Melbourne - Behind the Scenes Exclusive
Get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the exclusive event held at Heston Blumenthal's restaurant, The Fat Duck during it's time at Crown Melbourne. To find out more, visit:
Video Transcript:
This is extraordinary, not just for Crown but also Victoria and Australia. The interest that we have received from all around the world has been phenomenal. Dining on Heston Blumenthal's menu here in Melbourne, Australia is a one off experience. Can't wait were really looking forward to it.
I mean, the response to us coming here has been incredible. Between all the media outside and the newspapers and I can hear it on the radio, I mean that's just crazy. That's been a really interesting thing along the way is finding ingredients here that we don't normally get. Bringing those into our dishes and seeing how much better they can be with different ingredients. So that's been very exciting
We have put the matching wines together excluding the Australia bar one, which is a sake from Japan. But that has been something we have been using historically for many years now and that is why it is staying there.
