This last week we went to visit the new Bahamar resort in Nassau, Bahamas.
Come along on our journey as we explore the beaches, swim with sting rays and sharks and get up close and personal with some other friendly creatures on our weekend away.

Serenade is the creation of a talented custom builder and successful international businessman. Touristy Urban Island Fishing Experience - Nassau Bahamas
Hey so I hope you enjoyed this little video fishing Nassau Bahamas. I really just winged it going in with very little knowledge. Therefore, I'm just glad I didn't get skunked! I cruised to the island out of Charleston with my family on the Carnival Cruise and we had fun but to be honest will probably never cruise this line again. Food and drink quality was lacking, service was poor, and for the size of the ship it seemed way over capacity with way to many children.

Food was excellent at all restaurants. Staff friendly. Small beach area but well maintained.
Overall, it was an okay resort and we liked its private island.
The food at the restaurants was very good. I liked that you didn’t need to make reservations at most to go, but would have liked the option to secure a time, rather than wait in line.
Minuses:
For the price, was really disappointed with the room. Furniture well worn, scratched and chipped. Stains in the carpet. Very obvious spot paint repairs on walls.
Service at restaurants was so slow..
Some of hotel staff seemed grumpy and unhappy to work there.
