隱山農林——白石湖
隱匿在台北山林之間的白石湖，
是都市繁囂之外秘境，
是只有一班公車可以到達的天堂。
聳立在山壁上的碧山巖廟做工精細，
廟宇雖然小，建築的細節卻美不勝收，
吊橋串聯著山群，
隨著時間的推移漆上不同的色彩，
同心湖內的植栽盛開，
有著不同季節的美麗。
湖邊蜻蜓與蜜蜂飛舞，
農田裡的菜有蟲咬的痕跡，
鮮紅的莓果是這裡的驕傲。
這裏的人友善、好客，
這裏的街景樸素又帶點荒廢的美感，
來吧！享受在山林的環抱中的輕鬆！

Farms Hidden among the Mountains - BaiShiHu
Bai Shi Hu, or to translate literally, the lake of white rocks,
is a paradise far away from the hustle and bustle of the city,
hidden amongst the trees,
high up in the mountains of Taipei.
Only one bus will take you to this gem of a place.
Towers, delicately designed and assertively aloft the mountains,
are, though small in size, painstakingly decorated with beautiful details that will surely take one’s breath away.
Apart from the towers, there is also a, needless to say, anciently gorgeous suspension bridge hanging over the valley,
connecting the two sides of the mountain,
the colors of the bridge endlessly changing as time leaves its trace upon it.
The flowers blossom, fresh and bright, also changing with the passing of one season to the next.
As one looks around, there are endless treasures to be found:
the circling dragonflies and bees, the tiny holes bugs have left on the surrounding vegetables, the sweet and vibrantly red strawberries.
The people are friendly and warmly hospital,
inviting all to admire the simple yet haunting beauty of the wild ruins.
So, come along, come enjoy the fresh freedom of the embrace of the mountains!
