Bali Green Surf School, Bali
We are Bali Green Surf School, passionate Balinese locals and surf guides with three big aims: to arouse passion for surfing, to help the orphaned children in Bali and last but not least to keep Bali green and natural. Our surf school is located in Seminyak, just a short walk from the famous 66 beach. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced surf guiding, both available as group or private
lessons. Furthermore, we offer special guiding for kids and also surf and fun trips around Bali. According to your surf level we will take you to different surf spots and teach you new techniques and skills. That way we make sure that you will have an unforgettable surf experience.
Besides surfing, we also started a program to give back to the community, especially less fortunate children. By donating part of our profits, we help homeless and orphaned children by providing them with better living conditions, food, clothes, toys and school
supplies. Every Sunday, we organize a variety of activities for the children, such as surf lessons, study help and beach clean ups to educate them how to keep Bali clean and green. Furthermore, we try to create awareness and collect donations for the orphanages
by organizing events such as parties, surf contests or beach games.
The name Bali Green Surf School is based on our third aim to keep Bali green. We try to live our passion without destroying our nature. No nature, no surf!

Bali Vlog Part 1- Surfing trip in Bali Indonesia- Balangan Surfing Bali
Over Christmas I travelled to Bali in Indonesia for a 2 week Surfing holiday. I was meeting two of my guys from JunNk where we would be staying in a Bamboo shack, catch the waves and seeing the sights.
We were staying in the south of Bali, a place called Balangan. A purely stunning part of Bali with beautiful beaches, incredible reef breaks and away from the more touristy areas of Bali.
We were staying in Bamboo bunglows at a small resort in Balangan, where we had a 2 minute walk down to the beach. Hiring our boards and bikes from a local surf shop where we meet some wicked locals who became a big part of our trip! Would highly recommend them for surf board hires, Bike rentals and if you need them Surf Lessons. Ask for Mega:

What equipment do you use?
I have a Canon 700D, a Canon Powershot S120 and a GoPro Hero 3+ Black. I edit on my Acer 8GB RAM laptop.
How did you learn to edit?
Mainly I taught myself. I downloaded Premiere Pro and began to figure out how to use it through trial and error. Eventually, and with the help of many tutorials, you start to figure out what works.
What work are you doing?
Right now I am running my video blog while doing freelance web design to supplement my travelling.
How do you meet the people in your videos?
Hostels, guesthouses and conversations! You meet people so easily while travelling. Just open yourself up and you will meet all sorts of amazing people.

BALI ADVENTURE - SURF LESSONS & SEMINYAK
I've always seen these amazing pictures of Bali and like many of you had the island as a bucket list location. The surfing, food, culture, beauty, cost, all seemed amazing! I had to see for myself what all fuss was all about!
We spent a few weeks this summer, trading one heat for another, exploring the island and doing the family thing. Of course, traveling with kids is very very different then 99% of the other Bali videos you see on Youtube. But, It's totally doable as a family and worth the travel to this special place. Of course there were things we liked and didn't, but overall had a great time!
Here is the first video from our trip. This was our first time surfing as well as first, and last time, getting a fish pedicure.
**Yes, we did the fish Pedicure, but now reading more about it now probably shouldn't have. The kids had fun and it was an experience for sure!**
WE SURFED: Double Six Beach with Santai Surf School.
We did 4 days of beginner lessons and had an incredible time with them. They were great people, great teachers, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Definitely made the experience fun and enjoyable! Highly Recommend! Check them out here:
