Hello whats up mga kaibigan so ayon nga po nag punta kami Mt Balungao Hilltop Adventure Resort – Hot and Cold Springs sa Balungao Pangasinan. Nagpunta kami dito kasi may team building kami sa church (JIL Church) for young adults/ young professionals kaya ayon sumama kami. At grabi talaga ang experience naming dito. Bukod sa hotpsring siya talagang mainit don as in literal na maininit and walang signal kaya perfect place siya for relaxation lalo na kapag malamig ang panahon.
Balungao Pangasinan is a very nice place and blessed with hot springs. Local officials from Balungao developed their place in order to add this town on the tourism map of Pangasinan. They developed an extreme nature and sports adventure site the Balungao Hilltop Adventure Resort. It is situated at Mt. Balungao Resort,four kilometers away from the town proper.
The Balungao Hilltop Adventure Resort offers zipline experience, all-terrain vehicle driving, bungee trampoline, hiking or trail walking, trust fall, and mountain biking.
The Zipline starts from a hilltop, stretches through farms and patches of old trees and ends at a resort at the foot of Mt. Balungao. Zipline ride offers you a view of villages, extinct Mt. Balungao, and flowing hot and cold spring.
Aside from extreme adventures, Balungao Hilltop Adventure Resort is also known for its hot and cold spring swimming pools which offering varying temperatures. Perfect for family bonding or barkada outings.
The exhilarating 1.4 km. Zipline is the newest addition to the extreme adventures offered in the resort. It is said the longest zipline in the Philippines. And gave the biggest thrill to visitors trekking up Mt. Balungao in Pangasinan.

Superman feels. ☺️ This was sooooo high!! The seemingly endless climb to the top added to the intensity. I did this with one of my bestfriends and he was sweating profusely and wanted to back out when we got to the top and realized how high it was! So, naturally, he made me go first. ???? I’ve always been afraid of heights, especially when I’m not in control...like theme park rides, for example. ???? A year ago, I decided to start facing my fears and show the people who think I’ve become weak that I can face, take on, and handle a lot more. ???? I made a long list of the things I’ve told myself and other people have told me I can’t do...and slowly but surely, the list is becoming shorter. ???? I was so glad I didn’t drop my phone, though. ????
