In this video it is showing my surfing from this year and is also showing that I have been working very hard to be one of the best. I have been travelling to many different places in Indonesia and searching for the best waves. It has been a great experience and I learned a lot about cultures, people and surfing. Not only has it been a good experience, but also it has been a blast. What can be better than surfing pumping waves with just you and you’re best mates! I have met so many amazing people that are so talented in the water. It is pushing me to always surf my best with them. I would just like to thank all the people helping me to be where I am today and to all the guys on making this edit. Thanks for watching my 2016 journey.. -

Waka Nusa Resort
Many, many years ago, Bali was attached to Java, Sumatra and Malaysia, and LembonganIsland was attached to Lombok, Flores, Timor and Australia. During the 19th century, a British Scientist, Wallace stated discovered that the Indonesian Archipelago could be divided by an imaginary line which later became known as the Wallace Line in our encyclopedias. According to his extensive survey, all land to the West of this line belonged to the Asiatic continent : Flora, Fauna, rain forest, tigers, elephant, etc ....and all land to the East belonged to the Australian continent with its specific dryer climate, bushes big lizard and marsupials. The Wallace line was subsequently drawn between Bali and ...... Lembongan Island. In 1986, the skipper of sailing yacht was visiting the Archipelago on his way to Europe, and dropped anchor in the bay of Tanjung Sanghiang on Lembongan Island. This is where he discovered the magical location of what would later become the Waka Nusa Resort. The Skipper having helped developthe resort has since sailed on. He now lives in Australia. Nusa Lembongan is situated 12 kilometers East of Bali. The resort is facing Sanur and the well known Gunung Agung volcano (3.100 meters) and because of its isolated location and limited infrastructure, the island has been preserved from the growth and progress that has evolvedin Bali over the last ten years. The Hindu population of 3.500 is divide into 2 villages and still reliant on seaweed farming and fishing,and this is the economic resource of the island to this day. Here, time has stopped and the Balinese traditions and culture are still the same as they were many many years ago. The resort has 10 Lanais built amongst a palm tree plantation edging the whites and beach of Tanjung Sanghiang; a turqoise lagoon andcoral reef with the Segara temple and its centuries old Kapok tree as its setting. The architecture is inspired by the romantic round shaped buildings familiar to the Eastern Indonesian archipelago and a lot of the South Pacific Islands. Materials used are in harmony with the natural landscape and local tradition; hatched roofs, earth pigmented wall, rendering, fine wood joinery and traditional decoration.
Amazing Moment in Mengening Beach
Mengening Beach is one of new destination in Badung regency. Located in Cemagi village, Mengwi district and Badung regency. It's about 60 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. If you have visited Tanah Lot Temple, do not hesitate to visit this beach because of its location near to Tanah Lot Temple. Access to this beach is easy, paved and can be traversed by any vehicle type.
Mengening beach visitors can find a temple overlooking the central cost and surrounded by large rocks are very beautiful. This temple named Gede Luhur Batungaus Temple which is usually visited during certain religious ceremonies as local indigenous culture. Enjoy the beautiful wave of Mengening Beach and over large rocks are quite safe for fishing.
Besides rocks and waves, visitors also can see brown sandy beach. Some areas in this beach is usually used for photography object, because it has amazing natural view. Not to miss a romantic moment with your partner to watch the beautiful sunset on the beach. Most of them (visitors and photographers) take advantage of this moment.

If the crowds, traffic, and hawkers on Bali island get to be too much, you can get on a fast boat and jet over to Nusa Lembongan. This tiny island has only one road and no cars. What it does have is a beautiful beach, great and reasonably priced hotels and bungalows, and plenty of places to chill out and get away from it all.

Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons.
The onshore site is dotted with smaller shrines alongside visitors’ leisure facilities that comprise restaurants, shops and a cultural park presenting regular dance performances. The temple is located in the Beraban village of the Tabanan regency, an approximate 20km northwest of Kuta, and is included on most tours to Bali’s western and central regions.Dang Hyang Nirartha, a high priest from the Majapahit Kingdom in East Java who travelled to Bali in 1489 to spread Hinduism, arrived at the beautiful area and established a site honouring the sea god, Baruna. Here, he shared his teachings to Beraban villagers, only to face opposition from the village chief who soon gathered his loyal followers to dispel Nirartha. The priest resisted, incredibly shifting a large rock he meditated upon out to sea while transforming his sashes into sea snakes to guard at its base. The rock’s original name, Tengah Lod, means ‘in the sea’. Acknowledging Nirartha’s powers, the humbled chief vowed allegiance. Before setting off, Nirartha gifted him a holy kris dagger, which is now among the sanctified heirlooms of the Kediri royal palace. Pilgrims bring these relics each Kuningan day by foot on an 11km pilgrimage to the Luhur Pakendungan temple, the priest’s former meditational site.
