It's all about fresh produce with endless rows of seafood ,meats, vegetables, charcuterie, bread, cheese and so much more. amongst the huge selection of seafood stalls offering you can also enjoy degustations of fresh oysters and sea urchins. Bastille Market, Paris - France Shopping Guide
Batille Market in Paris, France.
Here we are in Paris. It is the most romantic city of the world. Everyday life can be sometimes be hard to find admidst the tourists and grand monuments. If you look for it you may find it in the most simple things. In this case we are talking about the Basille Market.
Here in Bastille square known as Place de La Bastille, this is the largest market in Paris, with almost too many choices. It is a very diverse market. You can find every level of society. I think that it is a market that ought to be listed in foreign guidebooks.
Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, it is all happening here. Here you have some St. Nectaire (cheese). Its color is gray, more or less, that because of its time aging. It spent some time in a cellar, in the earth, flavored with a bit of hazelnut.
It is the roots, it does not smell bad, tastes like your [unclear]. It is big salt with [unclear] She is typical of the Antilles Cuisine. Papiton is a foie gra. Seventy per cent foie gra, thirty per cent petite gourdine. Just a little petite gourdine with foie gra in [unclear].
We can try an old wine. 1979. 1962. That is special. It is almost my year. There is a certain village in Burgundy, it is called Trobene, a well known name in the United States. [Unclear] is proper there so [Unclear]. So you are drinking the real [unclear] with Cardone from Cardone. I am Sophie De Ratuld, showing you Paris. A bientot.

My name is Jay Swanson - I'm an American writer living in Paris on an artist visa and hoping to make the city of light my home base - at least for the foreseeable future. I write science-fiction and fantasy, vlog daily (when I'm not on a between-season break), and love pizza a little too much.
FAQ:
How long have you lived in France? On and off for over two years.
What do you miss most about ho- NACHOS
You're always talking about living on some ship. WHAT SHIP? - This ship:
Where are you from originally? Pullman, Washington - a small university/agricultural town near Idaho (and yes, the potatoes are amazing).
What do you film with? I currently film almost exclusively with my Samsung Galaxy S7:
How do you get those shots where you're walking or running? A Joby Gorillapod for smartphones, like this:
You drop your phone a lot, how does it survive? THIS CASE IS AMAZING:
What do you edit with? Adobe Premiere - it's pretty much all I've ever used since high school.
Aren't you ever freaked out by leaving your camera behind to film yourself? Yep. But not too badly - I tend to be careful when I do.
Why are you living in #Paris? Because I've always wanted to.
But what are you doing there?
Do you speak French? Oui.
Do you make money off YouTube? Ha, no. I wish.
Can I come stay with you in Paris? - Have you seen my apartment? It's too small for me as it is!
OK, but how do I use the Metro when I'm there? I made a handy video for you:

Paris On a Budget – Shopping at the Bastille Market
The Hubbs and I are lucky enough to work and travel at the same time.
During our twenty day stay in Paris, we've loved working during the day and spending out time-off exploring.
Even though working brings in the moolah, long trips to expensive cities can drain funds before you can say 'au revoir!'
We visited the Bastille Market in Paris, and all I can say is WOW. Watch the video and see for yourself, and head to my blog to read my tips about how to eat in Paris on a Budget:

La Promenade Plantée & Bastille Market (Marché Bastille) - Paris, France
La Promenade Plantée is a former elevated railway that has been turned into a promenade that offers beautiful city views. It is located in the12th arrondissement of Paris. The walkway consists of both the elevated walks, with a few that also go underneath. The Highline promenade in NYC was inspired by this one, which was created in 1988 and was the first of its kind.
See more info on this, by following this link:
We began our day earlier at the colorful Marché Bastille (Bastille Market), which features about a hundred stalls of sellers offering items of all kinds, primarily food but other interesting items as well. A band was playing while we were there.

Bastille Market in Paris, France
Never been to the Bastille Market in Paris, France? Here is a fun little video from our trip in 2013! Ahhh sights, sounds and smells of the lovely delicacies of Paris...Enjoy!
bastille market @ paris
Parisians' Favorite Sunday Activity
Bastille boasts one of the largest markets in the city. It takes skill to weave through its stalls. Thanks to the Parisians, who take their time picking out the best possible produce, and the tourists, who take their time inhaling the markets sites and sounds, its not easy to get from one side to the other. Aside from all the expected fares such as vegetables, fruits, cheese, and both raw and cooked meat and fish, the Bastille market also sells plenty of unexpected items: sewing machines, beeswax figurines, and mousetraps, to name a few. The best time to get a deal is just as the market is closing. Vendors will sell plastic bags burgeoning with fruits and veggies for 1EUR. - Betsy Mikel
Boulevard Richard Lenoir, (between Rue Oberkampf & Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud)
Places to see in ( Paris - France ) Bastille Market
Places to see in ( Paris - France ) Bastille Market
Twice a week Boulevard Richard Lenoir comes alive with brightly coloured stalls and enticing food displays at the famous Marché Bastille, one of Paris’ most vibrant and exciting food markets.
Vendors engaging with shoppers and calling out their specials for the day. Crowds of eager shoppers with shopping trolleys and dogs in tow. The Bastille Markets are everything you could hope for in a Parisian market.
Stretching along the Boulevard Richard Lenoir and located near the site where the fortress and prison of Bastille once stood, in the shadow of the Colonne de Juilet, thrusting 47 metres high towards the sky, commemorating the 1830 revolution, there is no sign of incarceration now, instead, completely the opposite.
A lively bustling space surrounded by cafés, bistros and the imposing Opéra Bastille. The Bastille Markets spring to life every Thursday and Sunday with colour, excitement, vigour and great food.
( Paris - France ) is well know as a tourist destination because of the variety of places you can enjoy while you are visiting Paris . Through a series of videos we will try to show you recommended places to visit in Paris - France
