Colonia del Sacramento Historic District - Uruguay
Colonia del Sacramento was established as a Portuguese colony in 1680. Its historic district features streets and buildings that date back to colonial times and is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many tourists come to the city via ferry on a day trip from Buenos Aires.
