Airsoft - Battle Sector X Montage
A montage of clips from Battle Sector X a CQB site in Rochester. This gameplay footage was taken around Halloween 2018.
The site put up some nice spooky decorations and gave the place a darker atmosphere. Unfortunately my go pro isn’t great in the dark but I’ve highlighted my numerous deaths by tracers and a couple of good clips, enjoy

HELIMED OPS @ BIGGIN HILL (3)
facebook.com/LAUSAProjectBlackbird
Biggin Hill is a Battle of Britain airfield and is located just south of the City of London and has become an important hub for LAUSA AIR OPS. From Biggin LAUSA AIR operates Aeromed, Charter and the Venture Flying Club/School which is the UK home of Project Blackbird.
Since 2009 LAUSA's main sponsor has been the AIR MEDICAL GROUP [airescort.com ]. As part of this package LAUSA AIR runs a Helicopter and Fixed wing virtual Medivac operation from both the USA and the UK to provide LAUSA AIR pilots with an insight into Air Medivac operations as well as flying routes for the virtual airline. All LAUSA AEROMED Division flights uses the callsign ' LIFEGUARD ' which is an callsign internationally recognised as a medevac / emergency medical flight. When not on on emergency flight the medivac aircraft use the aircraft registration as its callsign.
Based at Biggin are 3 Bell 412EP helicopters, one in the Aeromed role, the other two are configured for Executive Charter and VIP transport. Also based at Biggin are fleet of Piper and Cessna GA aircraft, 2 Cessna 208's in the Executive Charter configuration as well as a LearJet 45 and Beechcraft also operating in the Aeromed role offering a fixed wing Medevac capability throughout Europe.
This clip is recorded on the LAUSA server with Karl in a shared cockpit with Cadet Malik on his first Project Blackbird flight in a Piper Warrior callsign N825DF. I fly the Med 412, which according to our virtual airline records is due maintenance in 12 flight hours. The scenario is the Heli with a flight crew of 3, Pilot, EMT and Doctor take the 412 for early service on a weekday evening. On route, flight ops assign a Category 'A' Alpha call to a farming accident at Hook Farm. The crew assume a medevac callsign allowing them priority handling with ATC as well as direct track to anywhere they need to get to. The scenario finishes with a roof top landing on St. Thomas Hospital in the City of London then back to base at Biggin.

UNITED KINGDOM AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION CIRCULAR - AIC 95/2007 (Yellow 248) 8 November Operational
POLICY FOR THE ALLOCATION OF CALLSIGNS TO HELICOPTER EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE FLIGHTS
1 The purpose of this Circular is to publicise the policy for the allocation of callsigns to Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) flights to ATS providers and aircraft operators.
1.1 A HEMS flight is a flight by a helicopter operating under a HEMS approval, the purpose of which is to facilitate emergency medical assistance, where immediate and rapid transportation is essential, by carrying:
(a) Medical personnel; or
(b) medical supplies (equipment, blood, organs, drugs); or
(c) ill or injured persons and other persons directly involved.
2 Flight Category
2.1 The Flight Category is a priority status allocated to a flight by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) designed for use with tactical handling by ATC. There are 7 categories of flight as defined in MATS Part 1, Section 1, Chapter 4, Paragraph 9. They are: Category
A - E; Normal flights; and Category Z. The flight categories relevant to HEMS operations are:
(a) Flight Category A, the highest category of flight, applies to all HEMS flights, as defined at paragraph 1.1.
(b) Flight Category E, is authorised for use by an aircraft positioning for the purpose of conducting HEMS duties, eg returning to
base after delivering a casualty to hospital. It is afforded priority over normal flights.
(c) Flight Category Z, is authorised for flights involving the training of crews for HEMS operations.
3 Callsign
3.1 The full callsign for a HEMS flight will consist of three elements.
3.2 The RTF callsign 'HELIMED' is to be used for all UK HEMS Flights. This callsign is registered with ICAO as 'UK HEMS'. The ICAO three-letter operator designator is 'HLE'.
3.3 A two-digit individual aircraft identifier is allocated to each HEMS aircraft by the Directorate of Airspace Policy.
3.4 The two-digit identifier is to be suffixed with the Flight Category letter, to highlight to the ATS provider the priority status requested by the pilot.
3.4.1 Therefore, examples of full callsigns for HEMS flights will be:
(a) On an operational task: 'HELIMED 01A'
(b) On completion of an operational task and whilst returning to base to await further tasking: 'HELIMED 47E'
(c) When involved in training: 'HELIMED 32Z'

Recent Employment Growth in Cities, Suburbs, and Rural Communities
Economists have long studied persistent differences in labor market conditions across locations: urban versus rural, center-city versus suburbs, and large versus small cities. Have these labor market patterns changed during the past two decades? If so, what factors drove these changes: industrial shifts, differences in transportation infrastructure and lifestyle amenities, growing production externalities, or something else? Which level of geographic granularity is most relevant for policymakers who evaluate employment patterns: the state, city, or neighborhood level? And how do recent differences in employment growth relate to the regional rise in income inequality over time?

Rethinking Regional Responses to Economic Shocks
Economists have traditionally downplayed the importance of regional economic shocks. The lasting consequences of these shocks were thought to be small, as economists have assumed that residents living in adversely affected areas are free to migrate to places with better economic prospects. Recently, however, this sanguine view of regional shocks has been called into question. Why do some recent shocks—particularly those induced by trade—appear to have long-lasting effects on some communities? And should we expect future economic shocks to result in similar outcomes?

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.

SUMMARY
=======
George Washington, elected the first president in 1789, set up a cabinet form of government, with departments of State, Treasury, and War, along with an Attorney General (the Justice Department was created in 1870). Based in New York, the new government acted quickly to rebuild the nation's financial structure. Enacting the program of Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton, the government assumed the Revolutionary war debts of the states and the national government, and refinanced them with new federal bonds. It paid for the program through new tariffs and taxes; the tax on whiskey led to a revolt in the west; Washington raised an army and suppressed it. The nation adopted a Bill of Rights as 10 amendments to the new constitution. The Judiciary Act of 1789 established the entire federal judiciary, including the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court became important under the leadership of Chief Justice John Marshall (1801–1835), a federalist and nationalist who built a strong Supreme Court and strengthened the national government.
The 1790s were highly contentious, as the First Party System emerged in the contest between Hamilton and his Federalist party, and Thomas Jefferson and his Republican party. Washington and Hamilton were building a strong national government, with a broad financial base, and the support of merchants and financiers throughout the country. Jeffersonians opposed the new national Bank, the Navy, and federal taxes. The Federalists favored Britain, which was embattled in a series of wars with France. Jefferson's victory in 1800 opened the era of Jeffersonian democracy, and doomed the upper-crust Federalists to increasingly marginal roles.
The Louisiana Purchase from Napoleon in 1803 opened vast Western expanses of fertile land, which exactly met the needs of the rapidly expanding population of yeomen farmers whom Jefferson championed.
The Americans declared war on Britain (the War of 1812) to uphold American honor at sea, and to end the Indian raids in the west, as well as to seize Canadian territory. Despite incompetent government management, and a series of defeats early on, Americans found new generals like Andrew Jackson, William Henry Harrison, and Winfield Scott, who repulsed British invasions and broke the alliance between the British and the Indians that held up settlement of the Old Northwest. The Federalists, who had opposed the war to the point of trading with the enemy and threatening secession, were devastated by the triumphant ending of the war. The remaining Indians east of the Mississippi were kept on reservations or moved via the Trail of Tears to reservations in what later became Oklahoma.
The spread of democracy opened the ballot box to nearly all white men, allowing the Jacksonian democracy to dominate politics d ...
