Where I'll be visiting, Bayou Wildlife Zoo! This local tourist attraction is one of only four zoos like this in the state of Texas!
This exciting, family friendly wildlife adventure is an open range animal zoo where you can see and feed animals from all over the world up close as they roam freely across the 80 acres of natural habitat!

Sparkie the Giraffe
Bayou Wildlife Park, 5050 FM 517, in Dickinson, welcomed it newest addition Jan. 14. Sparkie, a male reticulated giraffe, was born late Friday night. Sparkie is the fourth giraffe born at the park since it opened in 1981.

RV Park in Dickinson, TX
Wanted to show my Cousin Mary around a few of the RV parks in the Dickinson area. On this day I choose to drive through BAYOU CAMPGROUND AND BAY COLONY. Both are centrally located for easy in and out. Lots of shopping, sight seeing.
