BEACHPORT JETTY and magnificent rugged coastline
I grew up close to Beachport South End and Robe in South Australia and it is always a pleasure to return here and visit and walk on the Beachport Jetty as well as to hike along the magnificent and wild rugged coastline where it is still possible to be totally alone to enjoy the magnificence of the natural surroundings of coastal South Australia.

Beautiful Beachport and a Lobster Roll
What a magnificent place to visit! The water at Beachport in South Australia is the most beautiful color and the jetty stretches towards the horizon and is great to stroll along and enjoy the scenery.
For lunch a yummy lobster roll and a chocolate milkshake sitting opposite the Beachport Jetty and enjoying the beautiful setting of Beachport.
98. Robe Jetty, South Australia
This location in Robe is not on WikiCamps and was a tip given to us from other travellers via the Robe Info centre.
We ended up having 4 nights here at the Robe Jetty. We parked off the turning circle as vehicles did come down and needed to have space to turn.
Whilst we were there only one other car came and stayed the night.
There are no facilities here however a short drive around the corner was a park with BBQ and water. A dump point is available a few kms away. Toilets are walking distance away at the Marina.
We had great Telstra and Vodafone coverage.
MACKS was with us during our stay there.
Robe is a beautiful town and a great place to stay. Leave the area clean, take your rubbish with you.
The cost to stay was free
