=================
My name is Zamian Parsons and I absolutely love Victoria BC. It seems like more and more people are discovering the great lifestyle afforded here as the population has exploded in the last 20 years, and I feel so fortunate to have this amazing job of helping people with typically their largest asset. My father became a Realtor in 2001, and after being his assistant for a number of years, I earned my license in 2006 and haven't looked back.
I have met so many amazing people over the years and even though I could go on and on and on about all the awards I've won, I'd rather focus on the rewarding aspects of meeting awesome humans and helping them achieve their goals. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking and all around decent person, I would love to hear from you!
Have an awesome day :)

Beacon Hill Children's Farm
A farm animal experience, for children of all ages, located in beautiful Victoria, Canada!
Bunnies at Beacon Hill Children's Farm
Our weekend trip to Victoria BC on Canada Day! It was a nice fun trip. It was cold and rained a little but it was worth it. We went to the mall, eat, meet our nieces, walked to the park and first time to see the mini animal sanctuary in Victoria. Really nice place to live. Hope we can move there someday. Happy Canada day!
[Civic Duty] Beacon Hill Children's Farm
For our final Civic Duty, our 2018 Zone Summer Civic from Campus Honda brought us to the Beacon Hill Children's Farm, where Dylan & Jason of The Morning Zone cleaned out the duck barn and mostly didn't bicker with each other in the process. =)

Top 10 Must See Things in Beacon Hill Park, Victoria BC - Vlog 117
In today’s vlog we are going to show you the top 10 must see things in Beacon Hill Park. Tripadvisor rates it the #5 thing to do in Victoria. It was our #1 Free thing to do in Victoria BC.
Make sure you have your walking shoes because Beacon Hill Park is 200 acres, which is about 1/4 of the size of Central Park in New York city. As Victoria locals ourselves, we often see people standing outside the perimeter of the park, confused, not sure what to do. That is why we made this video, to give our friends who are visiting from out of town an idea of how to #1 walk through the park and #2 what landmarks you might want to check of your list as you walk through the park.
We start our walking tour through Beacon Hill Park at the corner of Southgate and Heywood Streets close to Cook Street Village.
Follow this map:
We entered the park through Arbutus Way and started our tour with the #10 Gary Oak Meadows. Gary Oaks are native to southern Vancouver Island and grow in meadows where they have exposure to sunlight and wind.
#9 Goodachers Lake and the Turtles on the Log. The turtles are not native to the lake. They are exotic pet store turtles brought over by Victoria residents. This is why the population goes up and down, because they cannot reproduce in Goodachers lake.
#8 Stone Bridge is a beautiful location for a photoshoot and the Great Blue Herons come back to nest here every year.
(look up for Blue Herons)
#7 Moss Lady - I have a previous video with the step by step making of Moss Lady with one of the creators Dale Doebert. Moss Lady was inspired by the Mud Maid erath sculpture found in the Lost Gardens of Heligan near Mevagissy in Cornwall.
#6 Mini Bridges - The winding paths, flowers, trees and wildlife are a feast for the eyes through Beacon Hill Park.
#5 Sequoia Tree Across from Beacon Hill Children's Farm - This tree is easy to climb and has been worn smooth by all the travelers who have sat to have their picture taken on its branches.
#4 Running of the Goats or Goat Stampede happens everyday at 10:10 am in the Beacon Hill Park Children’s Farm.
#3 World's Tallest Totem Pole - June 30, 1956, the world’s tallest totem pole, a Story Pole was erected in Beacon Hill Park. Carved by a team led by Mungo Martin, Kwakiutl tribal chief and renowned carver, When installed, it was the world's tallest free-standing story pole, now Albert Bay BC claims the world's tallest totem pole.
#2 Beacon Hill Lookout - Climb up to the top of Beacon Hill for a view of the Olympic Mountains.
#1 Visit Terry Fox at Mile 0 Memorial Site. The Mile 0 marker is the start of the over 8,000 km Trans-Canada Highway that spans the entire length of Canada. For all you gen-xers who grew up doing the Terry Fox Run in Canada, this is where Terry Fox would have finished his cross country run to raise money for cancer research. I still get teary eyed every time I pass the statue.
Bonus: Ice cream at Beacon Hill Drive Thru
If you made it all the way to the end of this video, give yourself a thumbs up and put, “I want ice cream too” in the comments!

THINGS TO DO IN VICTORIA BC - BEACON HILL PARK - VANCOUVER ISLAND FERRY - 10 ACRES FARM/BISTRO
This video takes you on a ferry ride from Vancouver to Vancouver Island near Victoria. The two hour ferry ride has beautiful scenery of Vancouver, Mount Baker, the Gulf Islands, the Strait of Georgia, and the Strait of Juan De Fuca.
After we land, we stop at 10 Acres farm in North Saanich just 25 km from their downtown restaurant 10 ACRES BISTRO in VICTORIA. Their food is naturally grown and the farmers and chefs are in constant contact about weekly deliveries. Whether it’s fresh greenhouse or field grown veggies, orchard and vine fruit, honey from their bees or free range animal products, you will see innovative uses of local products on their menus.
Next stop is VICTORIA BRITISH COLUMBIA. We eat a naturally grown meal at the famous 10 ACRES BISTRO. If you are an advocate for sustainability this is a must visit if you are in VICTORIA.
Next we visit Victoria's Chinatown, Fairmont Empress Hotel, Victoria Inner Harbour, Royal British Museum, Beacon Hill Park, Government Street, Legislature Buildings, Parliament Buildings, Fisherman's Wharf, Barb's Fish and Chips, Mile 0, and Terry Fox Statue.
