Bellingen - A Bohemian Jewel
Bellingen is situated near Dorrigo National Park in Northern New South Wales. It’s a perfect combination of rural charm, heritage buildings and laid-back atmosphere. You’ll find quirky galleries and shops selling preloved clothing, markets with locally produced goods and cafes, restaurants accommodating all tastes and diets. With a vibrant life, it’s a must-have stop over when travelling inlands to NSW.

Welcome to casuarina place. One of those quiet peaceful cul de sacs people dream of living in.
You will feel right at home the moment you enter into this light sun filled living room. Big, bold and beautiful. Look at that roof height. A fireplace to keep you warm, polished floorboards and an intelligently placed kitchen. A great floor plan. This level gains access to the double lick up garage. The first bedroom is here....its huge and opens onto the verandah. The main bathroom is positioned between the kitchen and this bedroom.
Upstairs has options. Retain the one large bedroom and sitting room, or , create a third bedroom and study. Your choice. I love it up here....it just feels good.
Outside there is this unground swimming pool. You'll spend months utilising this, swimming under the palm trees. The paved patio is wonderful entertaining space. Your gardens are visually pleasing And, edible.
15 min stroll into Australia's most desirable rural town. Markets and music, perfect and progressive....the ever flowing Bellingen river is its lifeline. 15 mins drive will have you at unbeatable picturesque coastline.
Make the move. This catches the breeze, is bathed in sunshine and feels just right. Not a thing to do but enjoy living.
