Centennial Mills-Naito Redesign.avi
Exhibit of urban designs produced by students in the University of Oregon's Portland Program in Urban Architecture. The work features illustrations of potential development opportunities, connections to adjacent neighborhoods and open space connections along the river edge—as applied to St. Johns, Swan Island, and locales northwest of the Broadway Bridge. NOTE: Low-rez video—doesn't do justice to quality of student's work.

Portland water fountains are rad.
I'm sorry for shooting vertically. All my common sense was lost and allocated to the part of my brain that controls pure unbridled bliss and awe.
I now know these are called Benson Bubblers.

Trane-Service & Repair-Portland OR
Portland Oregon is located in Northwestern Oregon, where the Columbia and Willamette rivers meet. The metropolitan area is made up of several suburban cities all within 15 miles of downtown Portland. As the original commerce center of Oregon, Portland is the largest city in the state and home to a diverse population, culture, recreation, and history. There is always something to do in Portland, from Rose Festival in June, to Skiing in the winter. Geographically there are four counties: Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington in Oregon; and Clark County in Washington, all part of the greater metropolitan area. We are sometimes known as the Willamette Valley because we have the Coast Range to the West and the Cascade Range to the East. However the Willamette Valley proper simply ends in Portland and extends 100 miles south through some of the most fertile and productive farm land on earth. The population of the metro area is 1.9 million, the largest metropolitan area in Oregon. The city of Portland has an official population of over 630,000. Topography of Portland varies between rolling hills, flat, and some steep sloped areas with gorgeous views of Mt. Hood, 11,235' high. It is, however, still the least expensive large city on the West Coast and obviously, it is popular between tourists. They are attracted by museums: Oregon Rail Heritage Center, Oregon Nikkei Legacy Center, Freakybuttrue Peculiarium, Ping Pong's Pint Sized Puppet Museum, The Faux Museum: Gallery & Store, Wells Fargo History Museum, Oregon Maritime Museum, The Hat Museum, Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, Portland Children's Museum, Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, Washington County Museum; by theaters: Oregon Ballet Theatre, Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, Aladdin Theater, ComedySportz Arena, Roseway Theater, Helium Comedy Club, Oregon Symphony, Laurelhurst Theatre, Sisters Movie House, The Brody Theater, Mission Theater & Pub, Rose Quarter, The Gerding Theater at the Armory, Wonder Ballroom, Curious Comedy Theater and certainly by wonderful landmarks: Oregon Holocaust Memorial, ODS Tower, Pearl District, Ankeny Plaza, Pioneer Courthouse, Overlook House, The Portland Building, FlyStyle, Sellwood Bridge, Assumption Catholic Church, Salmon Street Springs, Benson Bubblers, Sellwood Community Center, Old Town, Pioneer Courthouse Square, Animals in Pools, James F. Bybee House, Hawthorne Bridge, Fremont Bridge, Glazed Terra-Cotta National Historic District, Hawthorne, Plaza Blocks, KOIN Building, Eastbank Esplanade, Community Music Center, Battleship Oregon Memorial, Klickitat Street, Save The PT Boat, Inc., O'Bryant Square, St. Mary's Cathedral, West moon, Sckavone Stadium, Sauvie Island Farms, Saint Michael the Archangel Church, Trevett-Nunn House. Ventilating or ventilation (the V in HVAC) is the process of exchanging or replacing air in any space to provide high indoor air quality which involves temperature control, oxygen replenishment, and removal of moisture, odors, smoke, heat, dust, airborne bacteria, carbon dioxide, and other gases.

Central controllers and most terminal unit controllers are programmable, meaning the direct digital control program code may be customized for the intended use. The program features include time schedules, setpoints, controllers, logic, timers, trend logs, and alarms. The unit controllers typically have analog and digital inputs that allow measurement of the variable (temperature, humidity, or pressure) and analog and digital outputs for control of the transport medium (hot/cold water and/or steam). Digital inputs are typically (dry) contacts from a control device, and analog inputs are typically a voltage or current measurement from a variable (temperature, humidity, velocity, or pressure) sensing device. Digital outputs are typically relay contacts used to start and stop equipment, and analog outputs are typically voltage or current signals to control the movement of the medium (air/water/steam) control devices such as valves, dampers, and motors.
