The is an extreme style of Australian Shiraz, with huge unrestrained flavours, a deep colour and high alcohol. (15%) This wine has strong blackberry and plum aromas over toast, vanillan and spice. The palate is full flavoured and intense with rich blackberry, plum, blueberry and spicy characters. The tannins are very ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate. Extremely enjoyable now but will also mature with cellaring of up to 5 years.
