- A Gala Day For Dogs is on Sunday 8 October from 10am to 1pm in Bicentennial Park which will be a fun filled day with a variety of activities including raffles, stalls, live music, bbq, dog parade and more.
 
- The Rhythms of Ireland comes to Capitol Theatre Wednesday 11 October. Experience a spectacular evening of traditional Irish dance, music and song enhanced by stunning costumes, lighting and sound.
 
- The Rotary Dungowan Village Fair and Motor Show is on at Dungowan Recreation Ground 14th and 15th of October. Entry for adults is $5 and children are free with gates open at 9am.
 
- Direct from the USA, The Glenn Miller Orchestra will play at TRECC Saturday 14 October at 3pm, presented by ATA Allstar Artists and will be an afternoon concert spectacular featuring 24 musicians, singers and dancers on stage!
