Stuart boat show:
Recipe:
Ingredients
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic – pressed
4 amberjack steaks (4-oz. each)
Cracked pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
In a shallow bowl or large resalable plastic bag, combine first six ingredients.
Add fish to bag and allow to marinate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
In the meantime, prepare grill for medium heat, approximately 300-350 degrees.
Remove fish from bag and discard marinade. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Place fish on grill rack and cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

A good amount of fishing with some catches for all, with great knowledge of where to fish. Fantastic hosts Dean and Andy looked after us with alcohol on their snazzy boat. We were lucky enough to see dolphins while out on this trip as well as see some great views of the coast whilst enjoying the boat trip. An awesome morning out at sea!

This is the first of three videos from my fishing trip to Mallorca. in this video is footage of rock fishing of a jetty for rockling with small lrf lures and ultra light gear. the lures used where Savage gear lrf micro rag worms. a great way of getting the rockling to bite was to just drop the lure in holes and cracks in the walls where the rockling where hiding and just do small micro movements and jigs. subscribe to see more footage from Mallorca and lure fishing videos.

Newquay Fishing Charter for Shark and Conger Eel



FISH N CHIPS RECIPE
1 CUP All purpose flour
1 CUP Whole Milk
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
4 Teaspoons Black Pepper
Canola or Sunflower Oil

Salt fillets and sprinkle with pepper. Mix flour and baking powder and milk until thick batter is formed. Add pepper to batter. Dip and fry until golden brown.

Joe from Essex England fulfillled a dream when he landed this 225kg/495lb Blue Marlin after he chartered the boat for a days Shark fishing, we blanked on the shark and set the rods up for some trolling action, we spotted a 'Feed' going on and got into some small Dorado fish and optimistic there may be a bigger predator around, we set off again and sure enough minutes later one of the big reels sceamed off and we where into the 'King' of salt water Big game fish, the 'Blue Marlin', (Makaira nigricans)

One of the biggest Blue Sharks we have on video on my boat the 'Crested Wave', around 180/190kg = 395/420lb. Straight after the guy landed this fish he had to go and fight another big one at the back of the boat, I think he had 3 fish in all, and probably slept very well that night.

Blue Marlin Fishing in Grand Canaria- Amazing 400lbs fish!

I went fishing for blue marlin with Randy and Marin Das (Cal Rei sport fishing team) in Gran Canaria Spain. Blue marlin is one of the most exciting fish an angler can catch due to its speed and force the adrenaline rush you get once you hook one is beyond words.
On the second day we managed to catch one marlin of 400lbs and just an hour later we bought another one of 330 lbs.
This was an amazing experience, these fish put off a serious fight, its a very different experience than fresh water fishing which is what I would normally do.
Randy and Marrin (father and son) have made this experience incredibly exciting and I would highly recommend anyone who goes marlin fishing in grand Canaria to contact them.
