Monkeys and Tigers Oh My!!! - Little French Key - Amazing Island in Roatan Honduras

An amazing day at Little French Key, in Roatan Honduras, filled with Snorkeling, Sunken Treasures, Monkeys, and our 9 Kids almost being eaten by Tigers. How much more fun could you back into one day.

Little French key is toward the east end of Roatan, near the town of French Harbor. In my mind it is one of the “must see” destinations in Roatan. The water & beach is one of the best on the island, and the wildlife is absolutely amazing. Where else can you hold a monkey, while you pet a baby tiger?!

Little French Key Tour (2018)

A tour of Little French Key located in Roatan, Honduras. This excursion is not available through the cruise line but you can book it yourself.

We went there in February 2018 on the Carnival Magic.

Walking tour of Carnival Magic:

We docked at the Carnival Corporation cruise pier Mahogany Bay. There is also another pier for the other cruise lines called Coxen Hole. Little French Key offers a shuttle service from both docks.

Aside from the snorkeling, all-inclusive food, and drinks, you can also swim with a jaguar in Little French Key. That cost is $50 and well worth the experience.

Review of Little French Key:

One piece of advice is to take cash to the island. They do accept major credit cards, but you will be charged a 15% tax if you pay with plastic. There are some places one is naturally wary of using their credit cards, but I wasn’t at all nervous about doing so here.

we got he $88 Full Island Package, I will give you a quick tour of the island and all activites you can do! the food was really good and the day was amazing. They have some amazing animals on the island so make sure to leave some time to check them out!
Later in the video we went back on the cruise ship and I ate a lot of food and went to the casino. We went to watch the ice skating show on Allure of the seas

Hi babes! I recently took a dope trip to Honduras and visited a private island named Little French Key. Jaguars are one of my favorite animals and after seeing that Honduras had this interaction I could not pass it up. This island has an animal rescue center with many animals such as monkeys, horses, lions, jaguars, and exotic birds. All animals on the island are treated with so much respect or else I would not have supported there by going there. I hope you guys enjoy the video! ♡

Today we head over to Roatan Honduras and visit 2 of the most popular islands in Honduras! Little French Key & Big French Key! We try some local ceviche and drinks as well and play with baby pigs and monkeys!

Then we head over to dinner at Wonderland were we enjoy a dish representing the elements of the earth. Such a GREAT DAY!
