Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary | Vlog
From past few months, I have been very busy in my day to day routine. Finally I have found some free time. So I have planned a road trip to explore Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, Himachal Pradesh . I came to know about this from my friend, who had earlier visited this place and he was impressed about its natural beauty and offbeat location was added advantage. On first day of ride, we started late at around 6:00 pm and reached jeolikot near Nainital at 02:00 am in the night. we have booked a bed in dormitory at HOTs jeolikot at very cheap price. Best thing about this hostel was its location, which came after trekking of 2-3 km. at 2:00 pm in night, it was bit scarier to trekk but fun nonethless. Location of Hostel in jeolikot was absolute bliss. it was situated amidst hill and surrounded by wild trees.
After spending time there, i moved on to Hots Kasar devi near Almora. I had spend night there and enjoyed my stay. Next morning visited Binsar wildlife sanctuary and that fullfilled my target as well as my soul.
This VLOG is my experience of Delhi, Nainital, Almora , Binsar Wildlife sanctuary Road Trip on my CBR250R.

Crank's Ridge, sometimes called Hippie Hill, is a pine-covered ridge located on the way to Kasar Devi temple, above the town of Almora, Uttarakhand, India, the ancient capital of Kumaon.
Kasar Devi is a temple on the Kaashaay Hills, 7 km north from Almora, where Swami Vivekananda once came to meditate in the late 19th century. The place, got its popular name, Crank's Ridge, ever since Timothy Leary streaked on the ridge in the 1960s, when it became part of the Hippie trail, during the peak of hippie movement.

STAY :-
In my view , Binsar KMVN Tourist Rest House is the best option to stay there, for its location , ambiance , view & hospitality. As there are very few options to stay at Binsar . Binsar KMVN TRH is situated inside the Binsar Sanctuary which offers a great thrilling environment .
There is no electricity . They provide solar + generated electricity for 3 hrs ( 5pm - 8pm ) . They provide enough candles in every rooms. They serve dinner before 8pm. After dinner , they puts of the lights. Every room and corridors become candle lit. It is the amazing experience , we had there. Candle lit environment along with various sounds of jungle , cricket insects , calls of nocturnal birds creates a very thrilling environment. Just loved that.
Binsar KMVN TRH always has a high demand among the travelers. It is always advisable to book in well advance. Without staying at Binsar KMVN TRH , the Kumaon / Binsar tour remains incomplete.
BOOKING :-
Booking can be done through their official website , KMVN ( Kumanon Mandal Vikas Nigam ) offices & government authorised KMVN agents.
