Bhatoo Village is about 10 kilometers from Baijnath and on side road and at much height. The name of the monastery is forgotten to me but I have found it a nice place to visit.

Mandi is a combination of spiritual and adventurous place.
In a clearing of a mountainside, next to a thick deodar forest sits the township of Jatingri in Himachal Pradesh, India. Run-down old Himachal homesteads sit atop the layers of terraced fields. How about leaving this slightly decrepit town and cycling your way into the forest next door? Mountain bike your way down the paths that lead into and out of the forests and explore Himachal sylvan middle hills. The middle hills of Himachal's location in the western Himalaya alternate between excellent forest cover, degraded hill slopes, impoverished villages and sometimes flourishing fruit orchards and nearby homesteads. See a large village perch atop a ridge with a decent sized stream running below it...
This extraordinary place caught the attention of many thanks to its natural beauty! Its blue pine and deodar forests as its incredible routes and trails.
It is often defined as a picnic spot at an altitude of 6600ft above the sea level. At this place, travellers can also find an age-old summer palace of the former kings of Mandi.
Around 12km away from Joginder Nagar, this place can be reached through Urla on the Mandi-Pathankot National Highway.
