A Tour of Bircham Windmill, Norfolk, 02/09/2012
This is a tour of Bircham Windmill in West Norfolk, filmed on 2nd September 2012 on my Fujifilm A235 camera. I have a vast interest in windmills and I believe this is the windmill I have visited the most in my life, being so close to my second home - Heacham. This is a beautiful windmill with a lovely tearoom and peaceful surroundings, away from all the hustle and bustle. Standing 68ft tall, this windmill was built in 1846. It is in fully working order and is open 10-5pm from April 1st until the end of September. This mill is well worth a visit, and this tour shows floor by floor from the bottom to the top of the windmill. Apologies if it is a bit shaky in parts, but it is surprising how hard it is to hold a camera in one hand and a ladder in the other.

Bircham Windmill – Cool Camping – Video Tour
Take a virtual tour of Bircham Windmill Campsite courtesy of this short video guide from Cool Camping. Find out more about the campsite and check availability online here:
In a small paddock below this working North Norfolk windmill the pretty camping meadow is found. It's an informal affair. There are just 15 pitches in total (plus a pair of shepherds huts), with a limit of five caravans meaning the place always has a family focused, traditional camping vibe. Toilets, showers and a games room are provided specifically for campers, while throughout the day guests have access to the entire windmill site, including a playground and animals to visit.

EXPLORING ENGLAND'S HISTORIC CHESTERTON WINDMILL (built 1632AD) ????
SUBSCRIBE: - Let's visit Chesterton Windmill which is a 17th-century cylindric stone tower windmill with an arched base, located outside the village of Chesterton, Warwickshire. It is a Grade I listed building and a striking landmark in south-east Warwickshire. The windmill is one of Warwickshire's most famous landmarks. It stands on a hilltop overlooking the village of Chesterton, near the Roman Fosse Way and about five miles (8 km) south-east of Warwick and it was built around 1632-1633.
England, birthplace of Shakespeare and The Beatles, is a country in the British Isles bordering Scotland and Wales. The capital, London, on the River Thames, is home of Parliament, Big Ben and the 11th-century Tower of London. It's also a multicultural, modern hub for the arts and business. Other large cities are Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol and the university centres of Oxford and Cambridge.

★★Holiday; Day 3★★ The Bircham Windmill (02/08/2015)
This is the 3nd Day of my Holiday to Norfolk. In this video we have the Bircham Windmill. Standing in the heart of Norfolk's undulating fields, Bircham Windmill now looks as it did over 100 years ago. At that time over 300 mills ground corn for horse & cattle feed and bread-making in Norfolk. Today, very few windmills are left, and Bircham Mill is considered one of the best still remaining: it is the only windmill in working order in this area open to the public. Visitors can climb the five floors up to the fan stage and, when possible, on windy days, visitors can also see the sails and the milling machinery turning.
