Bise Fukugi Tree Road　備瀬フクギ並木通り

Bise Fukugi Tree Road is located near Ocean Expo Park in Motobu, Okinawa. This place is actually a residence area, and many houses are surrounded closely by the tall trees. These trees serve as windbreaks, and it creates a great scene that you don't usually see in an urban jungle. When you come out this road, you will find nice view of Ie Island as well.

備瀬フクギ並木通りは本部町の海洋博公園の近くに位置する。このエリア一帯は実際に人が住んでおり、多くの家は高い木々にぎっしりと囲まれている。防風林の役目があり、それが都会のジャングルでは普段見ない光景を創り出す。並木通りを出ると伊江島のきれいな景色も見ることもできる。

Things to do in Okinawa Japan : Tataki waterfall

Taa taki falls is located on the north west coast of Okinawa's main island. To access the falls you will need a car and a good set of water shoes.

The hike is 2.4kms long along the Henan river and with no designated paths, you will need to hike through the water and over some small obstacles, although nothing too hard.

Taa taki water fall is a beauty to behold, the falls are pretty much a straight drop into the lagoon below, plenty of room for swimming and playing with the rope swing (although do so at your own risk)

As the popularity of the waterfall is increasing, so is the impact left by humans, so do your best to leave it as beautiful as you found it and take your trash home with you...extra points for people willing to grab trash left by others ;)
