ANTICA OSTERIA AL BACARO Asolo (Tv)

The foothills of the Alps form the backdrop to Follina, a delightful little town nestling among the Prosecco hills, only 50 minutes from Venice in the heart of the Treviso area.In the old centre, a stone's throw from the medieval abbey, stands the Hotel dei Chiostri an unexpected and unusual example of contemporary design that can hold its own with the famous design hotels in London and Amsterdam. For those who love the latest style, this hotel is a feast for the eyes - architectural effects, unusual combinations of antique and modern, innovative lighting and contrasting shapes and colours. The perfect place to relax among art, history and wine and food culture. A few steps from Abbazia di Santa Maria XII° siècle , it combines all the intensity and charm of the ambience with the virtues of a dynamic meeting point forVenetian and international culture. Class, warmth, splendid solidity, a style based on the fine taste and quality of objects and materials, in keeping with the spirit of the city.
Enjoy being welcomed by the reassuring harmony of this place.

Take a tour of Italian Town of Cervo in Cervo, Italy -- part of the World's Greatest Attractions travel video series by GeoBeats.
The waterfront town of Cervo, with a population of around 1200 residents is set regally upon a hillside in Italy.
The baroque, 18th century church of San Giovanni Battista towers over the towns skyline as a stunningly ornate focal point.
The houses and structures of this town seem an ethereal portrait drawn with velvet soft pastels.
Cervo features narrow streets and closely nestled houses which further the comforting feel of this classic medieval town,
The festivals of chamber music are celebrations of orchestras and musical ensembles which have been celebrated for the last 40 years in the church square.
The town is flanked by lush shrub landscaping, creating an ideal location for mountain and water enthusiasts alike.

Peverada Sauce
Celebrity Chef Jody Adams first tasted peverada, a condiment popular in Northern Italy, while biking in the town of Asolo. With a paté-like texture, Jody's peverada contains turkey livers, sopressa (Italian aged salami), aromatic vegetables, one anchovy and fresh herbs. Its rustic texture makes it great to serve with a poultry entrée or packed in a knapsack to spread on slices of crusty Italian bread. While bike riding. In Italy.

A Day in Bassano del Grappa.
My family and I decided to visit a place I've never been before, Bassano del Grappa (VI). What an amazing town, I really suggest to people travelling to Italy to stop and take a look around.
You can also eat really good food here, we stopped at Birrosteria Na Volta because every restaurant or osteria was full and it was pretty good. Have a taste of Baccalà or asparagus around Bassano and you won't be disappointed, granted.
See you in the next video. :)
