A NEW class for Active Northumberland!
Based in the swimming pool using an Aquabase board, this is a high intensity 30 minute session targeting aerobic fitness, muscular endurance and core strength. A full body workout!

Aqua Aerobics Class

Students at BC are making a splash while getting fit with aqua aerobics! This fun class builds cardiovascular fitness, strength and resistance in a cool and refreshing atmosphere. Working out in the water is also one of the most therapeutic activities you can take part in. Want to jump in? Add this class next semester!
