Kies zelf uw favoriete kavel en dan uw favoriete type woning, de woning wordt vervolgens binnen 8 maanden door Blue Bay voor u gebouwd.
Enkele kavels liggen direct naast de prachtige fairway van hole 8 van de golfbaan. U kunt kiezen uit 3 type woningen: Eagle, Birdie and Albatross. Drie Albatros villas op deze sectie zijn al gebouwd en verkocht.
Albatross: De royale entree leidt via de hal naar de woonkamer die dubbele openslaande deuren heeft die toegang geven tot het grote overdekte terras. De villas worden turn key opgeleverd incl. inbouwapparatuur in de keuken, een eigen zwembad en een zonneterras! De moderne uitstraling en tropische bouw ogen bijzonder aantrekkelijk. Het ruime overdekte terras is perfect voor dat heerlijke buitenleven waar Curacao zo bekend om staat.

Blue Bay golf baan
Alle woningen en kavels zijn gesitueerd rond de 18-holes golfbaan. Deze golfbaan is een van de mooiste in de Caribbean en staat bekend om haar spectaculaire lokatie en de prachtige vergezichten. De baan is zelfs voor de geoefende speler een utdaging dankzij het ontwerp, de altijd aanwezige passaatwind en diverse holes waarbij u over of net naast de Caribische zee uw afslag maakt. Omdat het weer op Curacao altijd goed is, is de golfbaan het hele jaar geopend. De baan heeft een mooie driving range en putting green, een pro-shop met uitgebreid assortiment en een prachtige clubhuis met uitzicht over zee.
Geniet van het prachtige strand op Blue Bay Beach
Op het perfect onderhouden strand van Blue Bay bieden de talloze palmbomen bescherming tegen de altijd schijnende zon. Het helder blauwe water van de baai en de tropische temperaturen zorgen ervoor dat iedere dag een stranddag is. Het restaurant Azurro biedt een uitgebreid menu en bij de beach bar kunt u terecht voor een heerlijk verkoelende cocktail. Voor bezoekers zijn er bovendien comfortabele ligbedden, binnen- en buiten douches en kleedkamers. Bij de allerkleinste bezoekers is vooral de speeltuin populair. Aktieve bezoekers kunnen gebruik maken van het beach volleybal veld. Voor een relax massage kunt u terecht in het paviljoen op het strand. Verder is er een PADI- gecertificeerde duikschool, een bikini shop en tennisbanen.
