Australia Adventure | First 2 Days | Taronga Zoo and Manly Beach
Our biggest travel journey to date, a two week epic adventure to Australia. After getting into Sydney early in the morning, we dropped our bags at our hotel, and headed to Circular Quay to catch the ferry to the Taronga Zoo.
After getting a good night of rest, we headed out to Manly Beach on day 2 with hopes of getting into the ocean and surfing. Blue Bottle stingers made those plans come to a grinding halt, so we spent a relaxing afternoon in the Manly Wharf playing in the water and taking some time on the SUP.

Our family of 5 loves to travel. The problem is that as an ordinary family, work, kids activities, and other obligations have a habit of getting in the way. We have decided not to let that stop us, and find every opportunity possible to get out on the road!
Luna Park Sydney + BONDI Beach [Australian Summer Vlog] | SYDNEY + MELBOURNE 2018 Episode 3
Another well-spent day in Sydney. Welcome back to travel vlog series of Sydney + Melbourne 2018. I think this is Day 3 in Sydney. Unfortunately my sister couldn't join us so I just went with my cousin. We went to Luna Park first, that was around 10-11 am. You can catch a train (arrive at Milsons Point Station and walk a bit) or a wharf from Circular Quay to get there. Easy. Took some pictures and video. Then straight off to Bondi Beach. We caught the bus 333 from Town Hall bus stop to the beach. It took like 30 mins. Had some gelato, it was not that great. After that, I went to change and went swimming. The water was so fine but a lot of people. I think it's a bit overall. The shop and the walkway/beach walk were beautiful. Wait until you see me at the Manly beach, that beach is worth going to too. Btw, that was our first time seeing Blue Bottles! Luckily I got out in time before they all washes up to the shore!!! Lucky me! I hope you enjoy my Australian Summer Vlog, this is what most of Aussie do! Hahaha, Beaches. I used to do that when I was in high school too! Thank you for watching and I'll see you in the next vlog. Sydney Part Two [AUSTRALIA episode 6]
For our second night in Sydney, we got to experience the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. Everyone got dressed up for the parade and it was seriously so much fun! The next day (our last full day in Sydney) we got to check out some of Sydney's beaches. We took a ferry over to Manly Beach first, and that beach was cool because there was a strip of beachy stores we got to check out... Though, instead of buying anything worthwhile, we of course bought two bottles of wine each and thoroughly enjoyed them on the ferry ride back... bad idea. After getting off the ferry, we drunkenly lost our tour group and tour bus and ended up getting on another tour bus that (thankfully) ended up at the same place - Bronte Beach! We were a bit concerned because our bus was leaving to go back to Melbourne in a few hours and we had no idea where they were, so we just continued to walk along the coast up to Tamarama Beach, where we eventually found our tour group partying at one of the tour guides beach houses - probably the coolest stereotypical Aussie surf house on the beach ever. After hanging out there for awhile, we walked up to the famous Bondi Beach, where we all got on the bus and headed back to Melbourne. Although I don't remember much, and honestly wish I would've been more sober to get better footage and remember it better, the beaches in Sydney were GORGEOUS. There were cliffs (some with houses on them) and the biggest most gorgeous blue waves I've ever seen. I wish we weren't as rushed for the beach day (or as drunk) but I'm definitely glad I got to experience it first hand!

Payneham Tavern - For Sale
319-325 Payneham Road, Royston Park
JLL has been exclusively appointed to present for sale the Freehold Investment interest in the Payneham Tavern, Royston Park. The Hotel is leased to Coles Liquor Group (a division of ASX listed Wesfarmers Limited), one of the largest and most successful hotel operators in Australia.
This premium retail investment is strategically located on one of the major arterial roads out of the city, Payneham Road in Royston Park, less than five kilometres from the Adelaide CBD in the attractive eastern suburban metropolitan local government area (LGA) of Norwood, Payneham and St Peters
The Payneham Tavern comprises a modern tavern complex which was built in the 1980's and has undergone extensive recent refurbishment. The complex is constructed over a single level and incorporates a public bar with TAB, bistro and bar, gaming room with 40 gaming entitlements and bar. An attached drive through bottle shop is located at the front of the property and trades under the Liquorland brand. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided throughout. Additional improvements include large bitumen and sealed concrete driveways and extensive onsite car parking for approximately 110 vehicles with landscaped gardens.
This attractive investment is anchored by a 20 year lease to Coles Liquorland with a secure 11 years remaining on the first term with options out to July 2047
The value is underpinned by a large and strategic site of 7,887sqm* in a prized Adelaide location less than 5km north-east of the city.
The income provides a fully net Income of $603,971 (from July 2016) per annum with the tenant paying all outgoings including land tax on a single holding basis. The investment is considered blue chip with the Coles Liquorland Investment backed by the strength of the ASX listed Wesfarmers Group.
In such a low interest-rate environment retail assets nationally offering the very best tenancy covenants like Officeworks Bunnings Liqourland and Coles all owned by a ASX listed Wesfarmers Corporation, or ALH, Dan Murphy's, Woolworths or McDonald's for example have proved to be a safe haven for astute capital and those looking investors seeking underlying property with secure long-term annuity income streams. The Payneham Tavern is one such asset and will be a sought after investment in an exceptional location.
The new owner will enjoy the benefit of ownership of the 32 valuable gaming entitlements and the hotel & gaming licences.
With annual 4% rental increases this investment provides a passive “set and forget” income stream, with indexed growth and an underlying attractive land bank in a desirable capital city and Adelaide eastern suburbs location.
The property is being offered for sale by Expressions of Interest closing 4:00pm (AEST), Tuesday 10 May, 2016.
Interested parties have access to full and comprehensive due diligence information upon request. Inspections are by appointment only and investors should contact the Exclusive Agents Jamie Guerra on 0418 849 780 or John Musa on 0424 257 004 to arrange a convenient time to inspect.
Bids should be submitted to JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group Sydney or Adelaide office by 4:00pm (AEST) Tuesday 10 May 2016.

*****TRAVEL TIP*******
Don't make the same mistake I did, which was booking tours & excursions with a BIG travel agent as they are only interested in getting bums on seats and often push you into a tour or activity that may not be right for you simply because that company gives them a higher commission!
In my experience they are also reluctant to help you sort things that go wrong once they have your money!
So.......
I recommend a smaller, much more personal service like RATPACK TRAVEL - the owner, Sam is much more about sorting the right tour or activity for YOU and is more than happy to give you advice and answer questions.
PLUS you get 10% off all Australia & NZ tours with this link:
contact Sam & the team : info@ratpacktravel.com
I am also very happy to answer any questions, even if you think they might be silly - just ping me an email : pockettrailblazer@gmail.com

Bondi beach - Summer | Australia ????????
#bondibeach #Sydney #australia
Bondi Beach: The sweeping white-sand crescent of Bondi is one of Australia’s most iconic beaches.Trendy, health-conscious Sydney siders head to laid-back cafes around Hall Street, while hip backpackers frequent the area's casual pubs.
====================================================
Sydney Bondi beach beautiful view
When it comes to the best beaches in Sydney, it's hard to know where to begin.
Around 100 beaches are speckled around the harbor and along the coast, both north and south of the Harbour Bridge. The only vex for travelers and locals can be picking the best destination.
Australia's most famous beach is more than 100 meters wide and stretches for well over a kilometer. This allows plenty of space for the overwhelming amount of tourists -- and locals -- that park themselves along the sands. On a good day every grain of sand is covered with bodies, with crowds swelling into Bondi Park and into nearby bars and cafes.
It's sometimes criticized for being too big, too busy, and too touristy --- but it's also the hot spot for fashionable Sydneysiders and travelers and lots of fun.
