the beautiful Biosphere of Sian Ka’an, there to take small boats that will give us a tour of the mangrove routes where we will observe the endemic fauna of the area and we will find nature in its maximum splendor. We will meet manatees, crocodiles, turtles, dolphins, migratory birds, among others without number of species that live or immigrate in the place.
We will arrive at Punta Allen, a small fishing village where we will relax and enjoy a delicious snack and local gastronomy. We will go to the beautiful Caribbean Sea to prepare for the snorkeling activity in one of the best preserved reefs of the Mexican Caribbean, there we can find multicolored corals, brains of 200 years old, elk antlers, fans and a great variety of fish.
To end this experience, we will go to an incredible sandbar called “La Piscina”, you will be dazzled by the clarity of the water and the low tide at this point.

Situated on the coast of Akumal Bay, 45 minutes south of Playa del Carmen, this hotel offers hotel rooms and bungalows. It features an on-site spa, dive center, and restaurant.
The accommodations at Hotel Akumal Caribe are equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A refrigerator and laptop safe box are also provided in all rooms.
Snorkeling and fishing tours are available through the Akumal Diving Center, part of Hotel Club Akumal Caribe. A beach bar and children’s playground are located on site. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and bicycle rentals are available.
The archeological site Xelha is 25 minutes from the Akumal Caribe Hotel Club.
