Gastronomic delights continue with Nooror's Massaman Lamb is a coconut milk curry of lamb, potatoes, peanuts and cashew nuts, Black Chicken Green Curry, Phad Sator Koong, prawns with parkia in shrimp paste, Duck with Tamarind Sauce. The unique serving dishes of plates and bowls may include a bamboo case or pandus leaves.

到泰國一定要來學做泰菜！人人都是泰菜小廚神 Phuket Thai Cookery School
自從在曼谷上過曼谷的泰菜廚藝教室之後我就很喜歡學做泰菜課程，真的超～好玩～
普吉島的這一個泰菜廚藝教室在海邊，中間還會經過一大段山路，算是很隱密的地方，完全是山中祕境！
這個行程是包含逛菜市場，所以從酒店接送到傳統市場之後，會有廚藝教室的工作人員帶大家逛市場，
介紹大家泰菜會用到的咖哩香料、食材等等，真的是很傳統的市場，你還可順便買水果哈哈（比觀光區便宜超多且超大超美，在地人市場），
但是！廚藝教室裡的食材都不是這個市場買的，他們有特別說給觀光客都是去超市準備，香料也是自己手做，
因為傳統市場的放在室溫太久，一般觀光客吃了不習慣可能會拉肚子，泰菜廚藝教室很貼心的準備新鮮食材給大家料理，可以放心。
逛完市場之後才會再搭車一段路到廚藝教室，抵達廚藝教室之後，他們也準備了泰式傳統甜點、水果，現場還有無限享用咖啡跟茶，
料理上課過程中都可以邊吃邊上課，很輕鬆愜意，教學過程也是一道菜一道菜教學，完全沒經驗也別擔心你一定會成功的。
週一到週日他們會安排不同課程，你可以看你想學的挑選上課日期，這樣就能學到＆吃到自己最想吃的菜。
整體來說我覺得教學認真簡單、環境乾淨舒服、菜也超好吃，很棒的一個體驗，推薦給你們！

We got a recommendation from the Westin concierge for the Blue Elephant Restaurant and Cooking School which is housed in the former Phuket Town governors mansion. It's a very pretty 'colonial' style building in central Phuket. It even has a front lawn :)

Stars sing at the Blue Elephant in Phuket Town
It was a glittering night in the garden's of Phuket Town's Blue Elephant restaurant where fans gathered for a concert featuring Mariam B5, the Lipta band and Gam the Star.
The event – which saw over 2,000 attendees – was organized by 88FM Studio Line to help raise money to fund a new children's respirator for Wachira Hospital Phuket.

ก็คือ..บ้านชินประชา สร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ 2446 โดยพระพิทักษ์ชินประชา ตระกูล ตัณฑวณิช เป็นบ้านสไตล์ ชิโน-โปรตุกิส หลังแรก ของ ภูเก็ต ท่านได้ยกบ้านหลังนี้ให้เป็นเรือนหอของบุตรชายคนโต คือ ขุนชินสถานพิทักษ์ แล้ว..สร้างบ้านอีกหลัง ในบริเวณเดียวกัน คือ บ้านพระพิทักษ์ชินประชา ปัจจุบัน บ้านชินประชา เปิดเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ของตระกูล ตัณฑวณิช และยังเป็นที่พักอาศัยของทายาทในปัจจุบันด้วย

Where To Eat Phuket Town - Rendezvous Restaurant.
Casual dining and coffee shop by day and bar with fine dining and an abundant choice of wine by night; Rendez-Vous wears many hats, and unlike me, wears them well. Our first little tester was the Fried “Laab Rendez-Vous”, which is a play on the traditional Thai dish Laab Moo (ground pork with Isan spices). Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and full of spice and lemongrass with just the right amount of heat, Khun Ae is very proud of this dish and it is easy to see why it has become a crowd favorite.
