As part of my Advanced Open Water certification, we came to the Blue Hole to dive. We started at a place known locally as the Bells of the Blue Hole and proceeded into the Blue Hole afterwards.
Highly reccomended as there are only a few blue holes in the world. My guide was Alia Negm from Sinai Divers located centrally in Dahab.

We had a great time! Probably the best summer of my life. Thanks to all my friends for being awesome.
I travelled one week in Dahab, Egypt and had lot of fun during this trip. You'll see in this video some of the activities I could do there.

DAHAB, EGYPT | Best Beach Destination of the World | Undiscovered Beauty
Who knew Egypt was home to many of the top beaches and scuba destinations of the WORLD?! Dahab is one of them, and we made this video to show you just how incredible this place is! We spent four days in Dahab snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking and relaxing and we share all of our advice for getting there, staying there, and exploring!
Besides flying into Sharm El-Sheikh and taking a taxi from there, a great and cheap option is taking a GoBus from Cairo to Dahab ( Once you're there, you can snorkel, scuba dive, ride ATVs, hike and adventure throughout the area! Top attractions are the Blue Hole, the Blue Lagoon, hiking Mt Sinai near St Catherine, and cafes all along the gulf of Aqaba.
We LOVE Dahab more than any other beach we've been to all over the world and we will certainly be back soon.

A hippie paradise in Egypt: Dahab
Dahab is our favourite city. It is in the Sinai peninsula in Egypt, next to the red sea. Dahab has a feeling, only those who visited it understand it.
This video you can see the Blue Hole, Blue Lagoon, Abu Gallum from the ground and also under the water as we are snorkeling.

Paradise on earth - Blue Lagoon - Dahab
Blue Lagoon is a true Hidden Gem!
It has amazing clear water and flat. It is a real oasis of tranquility.
It's located approximately 26 KM north of Dahab.
The best thing about the blue lagoon that it is not accessible by a direct road from Dahab... and that's what makes it an oasis of tranquility.
To get there, you will take a car from Dahab to the Blue Hole.
From the Blue Hole, you can either hike to Abu Galoom or take a boat.
Once you are at Abu Galloom, you take one of the bedouins car to drive you to the Blue Lagoon or you can keep hiking to there.
