Double Six Beach Bali, Indonesia (Santai Surf 3 lessons!) My very own highlight reel
I took 3 lessons with Santai Surf on Double Six Beach near Bali, Kuta, Indonesia. They were amazing and here's some film from my week spent on the beach. I had SO MUCH FUN.
Dreamland beach, surfing, Bali
Once a tranquil and sleepy beach town, today Dreamland Beach in Bali causes visitors to recall John Milton's Paradise Lost. Nestled beneath a barrage of development from luxury hotels and condos to golf courses sprawling from Balangan to Bingin, Dreamland Beach is a common haunt for modern tourists hoping to experience a Bali that today is becoming tougher and tougher to find.
Dreamland Beach is located in Unggasan Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency and Bali province - Indonesia. The beach is situated very strategic and accessible by all vehicles and only 15 minutes from Denpasar Airport, 5 minutes to GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana), 15 minutes to Uluwatu Temple or 20 minutes to Nusa Dua.
Are you looking for the best white sand beaches in Bali? Visit Dreamland Beach / New Kuta Beach! Offer extended 100 meters stretch white sand, large rocks around the coast, surrounded by towering cliffs, bright sunlight blue sky, impressive blue ocean scenery toward the Indian Ocean with a fantastic wave for surfing.
Gorgeous beaches and visa extensions in Kuta Lombok | Indonesia (Ep 10)
Kuta is commonly know as the tourist hub or Bali however there is another Kuta, Kuta Lombok, with crystal clear blue water, white sandy beaches and epic surf. This Kuta is on the island of Lombok and we couldn't wait to arrive and see what this coast had to offer.
It was a bit of a challenge getting here as we had to travel from Gili Trawangan all the way south to Kuta but we were very glad we made the effort. This is a gorgeous part of the world, with a variety of beautiful beaches, plenty of surf and stunning views over the rugged coastline. During our stay in Kuta we also had to extend our visas which turned out to be an adventure all in itself.
There are heaps of beaches around Kuta with Selong Balanak, a perfect beginner surf spot and Mawi, an advanced surf spot being our favorites. The people is this area are super friendly and the food was awesome.
Don't forget to check out Part 2 as we explore more of this beautiful coastline and discover some amazing local food.
Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe !

Gerupuk Bay - the Surf Point in Southern Coast of Lombok Island - Indonesia
Gerupuk is a small fishermen’s village located in southern coast of Lombok Island about 7-9 km from Kuta Beach Lombok and about 40-50 minutes drive from Lombok International Airport and about 65 kilometres from Mataram. Well known as the surfing spots. The sheet of soft white sand with the gentle sweep of the crystal blue seawater create a tranquil and calm atmosphere in this beach.
The local villagers mainly rely on fishing, seaweed and lobster culture also surf tourism.
Gerupuk bay is one of the best Indonesian surf spots and the best Fun Surf spot in Lombok.
In southeastern side of this beach, people can find five different surfing spots that are satisfying for the surfers. What make these five surfing spots unique are the traditional nicknames that are given by the villagers and the international nicknames given by foreign surfers. These names are Batu Teong (Dondon) is the perfect A-frame that works best on coming in mid tide, Prigi (Inside) is famous for its long right handed perfect for practicing those turns, Giligoleng (Outside) is a more powerful wave, right handed with multiple peaks, Batu Lawang (Kids Point) only works on big swells but when it does it comes with a long nice shaped barrel, and Terasaq (Outside Left). The waves in these spots are considerably wild and can be 3 meters high, very challenging...

It has rice paddies tripping down hillsides like giant steps, volcanoes soaring up through the clouds, dense tropical jungle, long sandy beaches, warm blue water, crashing surf and friendly people who don't just have a culture but actually live it. In Bali spirits come out to play in the moonlight, every night is a festival and even a funeral is an opportunity to have a good time.

BEST BEACHES IN LOMBOK | BLUE WATER WHITE SAND BEACHES
This is Lombok.
Neighbouring sister to the most popular Bali, Lombok is a hidden paradise.
With clear, blue water and white sand beaches that are for yourself, in all the cost of Lombok!!
We didn't see a beach in Lombok that wans't breathtaking.
Lombok is a hidden gem when it comes to paradise beaches.
Our top pick were:
Nipah Beach
Pandanan Beach
Kuta Beach
Aan Beach
Sengigi Beach
Aan beach was, by far, the most beautiful beach of this island. It is far away from Sengigi (the main touristy spot), but you can also fin accommodation and nice food over here.
Best of all is, all these beaches were almost empy, if not completely empty, and there is no entrance fee (like Bali).

EXPLORING KUTA BALI PART 2 : THE BEST OF KUTA BALI #BaliGoLiveAdventure #BaliGoLiveDestination
In this video, we bring you the top things to do and see in Bali’s tourism hub, Kuta. The first is Kuta Beach, a beautiful long stretch of white sand beach. Surfing is quite popular here, especially for beginners. Surfboards can always be rented off of the beach, but you should arrange in advanced if you want lessons. More experienced surfers can take a boat out to Kuta Reef, which deals one perfect wave after another. Boat trips cost around $20 round trip.
The Beachwalk Mall offers the best shopping in the area. Whether you’re looking for a new outfit, to exchange some money, or a delicious meal, the Beachwalk Mall will have what you need.
The Ground Zero Monument was built to remember those who were tragically lost in the heartless bombings. The bombings had a deep impact on the community, and it is an event that must not be forgotten.
If you didn’t find what you were looking for at the mall or just want to test out your bargaining skills, head over to the Kuta Street Market. The market is a long stretch of small shops that sell all sorts of items. The most common items are t-shirts, souvenirs, and watches, but there are many more options.
Waterbom Waterpark is one of the most fun attractions in Kuta. It has been rated the best waterpark in Asia. With amazing waterslides and even a Flowrider, we don’t doubt it. Head over to the water park for a fun afternoon with the family.
Kuta is also famous for its vibrant nightlife. Some of the best clubs and bars in the whole island are in Kuta. Skygarden is a nightclub with many different floors that all play different genres of music. All you need to do is head upstairs for a completely different atmosphere. Skygarden is definitely the place to be on Saturday nights.
