Coffeeshop Boerejongens has one of the best menus at the best prices in town. Not many tourists know this little gem in the western portion of Amsterdam, known as De Baarsjes.
Coffeeshop Boerejongens (which means farm boys, btw) are owned and staffed by many ol' skoolers to the Amsterdam cannabis industry. They certainly know what they are doing. When they decided to set up Boerejongens a few years back, they set out to become the smallest shop with the biggest and best priced menu... and boy have they succeeded. :)
At Boerejongens, the menu features more than 10 Sativas, 10 Indicas and nearly double that in local and imported hashish. Most of the prices are less than you will find in the more touristy central locations. That said, it's not easy to find them and youwill need to be good with a map on a bike or take tram 1 or 17 out to the closest stop.
Once there you can ask to be let inside to roll your j and have a drink although most locals use this place as a takeaway coffeeshop.
