Slap Boka - največji in najvišji slap v Sloveniji, leži v severozahodni Sloveniji, blizu Bovca. Reka Boka izvira pod strmimi pobočji Kanina in sosednjih vrhov ter po nekaj metrih toka takoj pade v slapu v globoko sotesko in se po manj kot kilometru toka izlije v Sočo. Zagotovo je to eden najlepših slapov v Sloveniji.
Boka waterfall - the biggest and the tallest waterfall in Slovenia is situated in NW Slovenia near Bovec. Boka river has it's spring under the slopes of Kanin and in after just a few meters drops in to a narrow gorge. After just under kilometer of flowing, the river joins the Soča river.
This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Slovenia.

Waterfall Boka in Slovenia #1 (above & below)
Boka is the most powerfull and the highest waterfall in Slovenia. Height of the two stage waterfall is 106 m (~350 feet) + 38 m (~120 feet), it is 18-20 m (66 feet) wide and water flow is up to 100 cubic metre per second - depended of the season.

Boka is a waterfall in the western part of Slovenia, near the Soča River. It begins at a karst spring and has two stages, of which the first is 106 meters (348 ft) high and 18 meters (59 ft) wide, and the second is 33 meters (108 ft) high. The waterfall is supplied by a karst spring under an almost vertical limestone wall. Because of its karst nature, the spring has a relatively large discharge due to its underground drainage in the mountains of Kanin. During the driest periods, water flux is around 2 cubic meters per second (71 cu ft/s), and reaches up to 100 cubic meters per second (3,500 cu ft/s) after extensive rains. The stream (also called Boka) flows for about 30 meters (98 ft) over a rocky shelf before falling over the rocks as a spectacular waterfall. This happens in two not so clearly separated stages, of which the upper one has a height of 106 meters (348 ft), and the lower one 33 meters (108 ft). The width of the two stages is around 18 meters (59 ft). Below the waterfall, Boka Creek flows over a steep valley with stony bottom and empties into the Soča River after less than 1 kilometer (0.62 mi), which makes it one of the shortest streams in Slovenia.

Feeding the Soca river with melting water in the spring and rain water in the summer. At the time the video was shot the waterfall was pretty dry due to the dry weather.

Huge amounts of rain brought huge river levels (locally over 500mm/60h)! Footage was made with GoPro Hero5 Black in 4k UHD. Places included are: River Soca (Solkan, Ajba, Doblar, Great gorge of Soca), river Tolminka (Tolminka gorge), river Boka and waterfall Virje!
