Perfect for nature tripping| trekking going to the falls is one of the lovely activity to do cause you will appreciate the beauty and the culture of mountain province , the falls approximately 200ft high is so amazing and very clean some local said you can drink the water from the falls , cause its purified from the mountain thats why its very clean , but challenging to the tourist to swim cause its very called, as in freezer level mga vaklang toh, kaya tiis ganda ako paglangoy

“This waterfall better be worth it,” said my friend Tonet in between gasps and pants. We had not walked even a quarter of the distance yet our legs and lungs were already complaining hard. It was exhausting, to say the least. But the view on the way there was highly encouraging. There we were, in the middle of the terraced hillside, planted with all sorts of vegetables. The view was nothing short of spectacular.
Bomod-ok Falls is also called the Big Falls because, well, it is definitely bigger than Bokong Falls, another popular waterfall in Sagada. Hidden deep in a valley, it takes an hour to two to get here by foot from the main road (and that’s just one-way). Bomod-ok’s cold, cold water cascades from the top of a beautiful naturally contoured cliff to a pool below, forming a 200-ft column of water and wonder.
Sagada Philippines Bomod-ok Falls
We went in Sagada at around July(rainy season) and yes, it's raining hard in Northern Luzon, Bomod-ok Falls is the known largest falls you'll see in Sagada with an agonizing almost 2hours walk from the jump off point/Information Center.

Sagada is a town in the Cordillera Mountains, within the Philippines’ Mountain Province. Echo Valley’s hanging coffins are displayed high on cliffs, while centuries-old coffins are stacked in burial sites like Lumiang Cave. The nearby Sumaguing Cave has unusual limestone formations. To the north, Bomod-ok Falls has a natural swimming pool. Rice terraces are carved into the area's surrounding mountainsides.

Bomod - Ok Falls | The coldest waterfalls in the Philippines ?
This falls is probably the coldest waterfalls in the Philippines with a very picturesque view of the Fidelisan rice terraces that you can pass through. The only downside is that you need to walk for 2 kms. with a very downhill and uphill trekking. Still it's so worth it when you arrived to the area and you should definitely try to swim in this very cold waterfalls so that it can cure your body pains.
