Bondi Beach is the world famous beach in the Sydney suburbs. It's beautiful located in a small bay and there's lots of small shops and cafés close to the beach. There's lifeguards on patrol along the beach, on the look out for people in danger for currents, sharks etc.
Manly is another nice beach in the Sydney area:

Today we spend two days in Australia more specificaly in Sydnay australia. Everybody usually talks about these two beaches, manly beah and bondi beach but I actually never visited them. So today was the day for me to do it.
There are many things to do in bondi beach australia and many things to do in manly beach australia. In these two days visit australia we had a great time in these two beaches, both of them Manly beach and bondi beach are full of surfers and young people.
If you are visiting sydney australia and you are wondering what to do in sydney make sure you have manly beach and bondi beach in your itenerary because.

Bondi is one of the world’s great beaches: ocean and land collide, the Pacific arrives in great foaming swells, and all people are equal, as democratic as sand. It’s the closest ocean beach to the city centre (8km away), has consistently good (though crowded) waves, and is great for a rough-and-tumble swim (the average water temperature is a considerate 21°C). If the sea’s angry, try the child-friendly saltwater sea baths at either end of the beach.
BONDI BEACH Just around the rocky cliffs, you’ll find one of the most well known beaches in the world… From the iconic Icebergs pool which overlooks the beach, to the abundance of beautiful sunbathers, Bondi is famous for a reason. Popular with international backpackers and tourists, its a place to see and be seen. Especially considering its bikini top optional. Don’t get too distracted though, because There’s tons of beach activities going on, and the waves are a bit more manageable than at other beaches, so its a good place to take your first surf lesson or just go for a swim. If you’re in town for awhile, stay at the Hotel Ravesis right at the beach and check out some of the chill bars and delicious restaurants around the neighborhood.

Best way to go Bondi beach: is by train to bondi junction then take a bus from bondi junction to bondi beach and also can take bus direct from sydney CBD near Museum train station or central train station.

2. The Bondi Beach Markets :Every Sunday weekend marke held on the grounds of the Bondi Beach Public School.
3. Sculpture by the Sea : It is held in October-November.
Coastal walks along the cliffs: There are two scenic walks from Bondi Beach towards the south Bondi Beach to Bronte and Bronte Beach to Waverley Cemetery

Just for the pictures and atmosphere.. This was a really random day and we ended up deciding to go clubbing that night !! WOOO

Sydney is blessed with many beautiful sandy beaches, from tranquil bays and coves in Sydney Harbour to some of the world’s best surf beaches where you can enjoy curling waves and relax on the fine white sands.
Bondi Beach is the most famous of Sydney’s beaches. Like many beaches in Australia’s largest city, Bondi can be enjoyed all year. You’ll discover delicious places to eat and drink in Bondi and at other popular beaches.
Nearby are Tamarama, Bronte and Clovelly. The Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk has spectacular views and is a great way to explore the area. The headlands are excellent for watching the annual whale migration.
To the south are two iconic surf beaches Maroubra and Cronulla on the National Surfing Reserves. Cronulla is ideal for exhilarating long walks along the shore and is the only city beach directly accessible by train.
North of the city centre is Manly and Freshwater, both on the National Surfing Reserves list. Ride on a ferry from Circular Quay across one of the world’s greatest natural harbours to Manly. The journey is 30 minutes.
If learning to surf is one of your dreams, most surf beaches in Sydney offer lessons year-round. Bondi and Manly are good choices for novices, while Narrabeen and Dee Why are known for their great surf breaks. To the south of Bondi Beach, the narrow inlet of Tamarama offers more of a challenge for board riders and is better suited to the more advanced. Cronulla and Coogee are also popular surf spots.

Bondi Beach is one of Australia's and one of the world's most famous beaches. It's about 30 - 45 minutes from Sydney CBD. Bondi Beach is one of the most visited tourist sites in Australia.
I walked from Bondi Icebergs (Bondi beach iceberg pool) / (Icebergs Bondi Beach Restaurant) to the other end (Biddigal Reserve). I walked past Bondi Skate Park, Bondi Park, Bondi Pavilion (Lush On Bondi Cafe & The Bucket List Bistro), Bondi Surf Bathers' Life Saving Club, Bondi Beach Playground, North Bondi Outdoor Gym, North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club & Biddigal Reserve near North Bondi Children's Pool, opposite North Bondi RSL Club then walked along Campbell Parade (Bondi Beach Town Centre) & Bondi Beach Public School.
