We've always dreamed about trying out Scuba diving sometime in our lives. Turns out that time is now and we did it in one of the most paradise-like places you can imagine, in Boracay island in the Philippines!
The experience was other-worldly, overwhelming to the senses and one for the bucket list. More words here will not come close to doing justice. Sit back and take it all in!

Boracay's Helmet Diving | Boracay Series | Part 4
Boracay got a lot of water activities to offer and Helmet Diving is one of them. When we look at the photos on the Internet we were excited and nervous at the same time. But Guess what! I felt we we're scammed.
When we got down there. It's literally look like a waste land under water. Rocks! No Fish to Feed! Yeah we saw TWO nemos! but that's it!

Here's the other things to do in boracay aside from helmet diving
What to do in Boracay
• Bar hopping
• Beach hopping / Island Hopping
• Island tour
• Snorkeling/Scuba Diving
• Aquatic Sports – experience Banana Boat Ride, Fly Fish, Parasailing, Jetski and other aquatic sports and you will definitely enjoy the ride
• White Water Rafting/Kayaking – three hours away from Boracay is the Tibiao River in Antique where you can ride a kayak or a raft traversing with the rapids of the river
How to get to Boracay (CHEAP !)
1. Premium Point-to-Point (P2P) Bus service from Manila to Clark International Airport – Airport in Mabalacat , Philippines (TRINOMA - NORTH)
2. We chose Caticlan over Kalibo.
Kalibo is farther, requiring around 2 hours of travel time, but fares are much cheaper.
Caticlan is closer, 15 minutes away, but fares are way more expensive.
3. We stayed in Mad monkey – Boracay ( Accredited hotel in Boracay )

This is our real experience and the real truth about Boracay helmet diving. We also included the SAFETY precautions and instructions by the instructor at the diving site.
Remember not to panic when going into the sea to experience helmet diving.
From the shore, all customers will be collected and will get onto a speed boat which will bring you to the diving site/station off shore. Basically it's a floating station or raft.
At the station, an instructor will brief you with the rules and the hand signals that you should use when needed.
Please take a look and better watch the entire video if you are planning to go for a helmet diving experience.

Rode a Jet Ski for the first time. it was a little scary but fun.
My uncle tried scuba diving for the first time. My brother on the other hand has done it before.
Sadly. it was our last day in the beautiful Island, so we just did some shopping and went back to the city.
PS: Sorry for screaming too much while jet skiing. I was really scared and I know it doesn't look like it but it was wavy.

Super daming ganap nung 3rd day namin sa Boracay. Dito na namin na-try yung Scuba Diving, Parasailing and nakapunta din kami sa Puka beach.
Nakakatuwa pa na nagkataon na may shooting ang Banana Sundae noon kaya nakita namin in person sila Angelica Panganiban, Pokwang, at Jason Gainza.
Nung kinagabihan naman, nag-dinner kami sa Hennan. Dinner buffet nila is P799.00 each. Sulit na sulit!
