Viel Spaß and loving Salzburg
Reinhold

Happy Birthday Bottle Shop | loving Salzburg TV

Austria Travel Vlog | Dachstein Mountains, 5 Fingers, Hallstatt, Salzburg
Austria Travel Vlog | Dachstein Mountains, 5 Fingers, Hallstatt, Salzburg // From Germany we hopped the border to Austria and snowshoed across the Austrian Alps called Dachstein Krippenstein to the crazy 5 Fingers viewing platform. From there we stayed in the Unesco village of Hallstatt where we rented a cute little wooden boat to drive around Hallstatt Lake—the views were out of this world. Or last stop in Austria was in the Sound of Music inspired city of Salzburg—the hills were definitely alive with the Sound of Music. We clearly need to come back to this beautiful country—there is so much more we want to explore.

Beer Log: why Vienna lager is the Minidisc of beer | The Craft Beer Channel
We are in VIENNA – a neoclassical masterpiece of a city and home to a unique beer style. At least that's what we thought. In fact, Vienna lager is incredibly hard to find for reasons we explain in this video.
This super quick beer log was filmed on location while we worked on our next Beer School episode...all about YEAST. Coming in a few weeks.

Naschmarkt Wien - Daily Market Vienna - Österreich / Austria
A new Naschmarkt Wien - Daily Market Vienna - Österreich / Austria video
The Naschmarkt is Vienna's most popular market. Located at the Wienzeile over the Wien River, it is about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) long.
The Naschmarkt around 1900
The Naschmarkt has existed since the 16th century when mainly milk bottles were sold (as milk bottles were made out of ash (wood from an ash tree), Asch (German for ash) led to the name Aschenmarkt). From 1793 onwards, all fruits and vegetables brought to Vienna with carts had to be sold there, while goods arriving on the Danube were sold elsewhere. Nowadays, one can buy fresh fruit and vegetables from around the world, exotic herbs, cheese, baked goods such as bread, kaiser rolls, and torte, meats, and seafood. There are also many small restaurants which offer e.g. sushi, kebab, seafood, traditional Viennese food such as Kaiserschmarrn or Palatschinken (compares to rolled up crepes) and stalls which offer clothes and accessories. Since 1977, the market extends further along the Wienzeile to an adjacent area every Saturday, when a flea market takes place there.
The atmosphere of the Naschmarkt is famous far beyond the borders of Vienna, and large numbers of tourists visit the market every year.

Red Bull: The Real Story Behind the Can
Red Bull is an energy drink sold by Austrian company Red Bull GmbH, created in 1987. Red Bull has the highest market share of any energy drink in the world. Austrian entrepreneur Dietrich Mateschitz was inspired by an existing energy drink named Krating Daeng, which was first introduced and sold in Thailand by Chaleo Yoovidhya.
He took this idea, modified the ingredients to suit the tastes of Westerners, and, in partnership with Chaleo, founded Red Bull GmbH in 1987 in Chakkapong, Thailand. In Thai, daeng means red, and krating is the large bovine called gaur.
The Red Bull company slogan was Red Bull gives you wings, prior to a class action lawsuit related to the benefits of the drink in 2014.
The product is marketed through advertising, events (Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, Red Bull Air Race, Red Bull Crashed Ice), sports team ownerships (Flying Bulls [actually owned by Dietrich Mateschitz], RB Leipzig, FC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Brasil, New York Red Bulls, Red Bull Racing, Scuderia Toro Rosso), celebrity endorsements, and music, through its record label Red Bull Records.
