Day of Mourning Ceremony for Fire Captain Troy Russell
Fire Captain Troy “Nipsy” Russell passed in Sept., after a year-long battle with occupational brain cancer. Today, a helicopter flew overhead to deliver a picnic table with a commemorative plaque in honour that will be installed at the peak of Mt. Boucherie Rush Trail.
