Bouldering in Llanberis pass
The Climbing Nomads - Vlog 60 - We grab a quick bouldering session in the llanberis pass in Wales, UK, trying The Bash, Sit down start 6B+ and Fear of a Sloppy Planet 7A/+, before deciding it was too hot for climbing and that it was time for a cool off in the mountain steam.

Bouldering in Snowdonia - RAC
The Climbing Nomads - Vlog 67
After a quick stop at V12 in Llanberis, we headed up the pass in a futile attempt to park. We ended up at the RAC boulders instead, watching the rain pour down the sides of the motorhome. Soph managed to get out for a late afternoon bouldering session and got on a couple of 4 and 5s before trying Pump Traverse 6b+

Redpointing Gray Slate in the Impossible Quarries of North Wales | HARDXS from Slackjaw Film, Ep. 10
The gray slate rocks in the quarries of Wales are a notoriously fearsome testing ground for climbing technique...
Pete Robins and Nic Sellers go to the The Llanberis quarries to test themselves, waxing lyrical about its joys and providing a master class on how to climb the stuff. Expect lots of frictionless footholds, grim grunting and impossible, determined body positions.
Director: Rich Heap
Video Producer: Ben Pritchard
Athletes: Peter Robins, Nic Sellars

Bouldering at Tintagel in the Rain // South West Roadtrip Vlog 3
We attempted to go bouldering at Tintagel but unfortunately were rained off! We only managed a couple of routes, but it was great to see this amazing bouldering spot, one we both definitely want to return to soon.

Running the Dartmoor 600s
Running the Dartmoor 600s: On a filthy wet windy day mid-November, we set out from Meldon to run to all five of Dartmoor's 600m+ Tors. Hills, mud, 45m gusting winds, driving rain, high rivers, low visibility... all in a day's tour. Pity we could see almost nothing. 22 miles and nearly 4000ft of ascent, we climbed Brat Tor and Fur Tor, and struggled across several rivers, before eventually getting to Cut Hill (no.1), Whitehorse Hill (2) and Hangingstone Hill (3). Bushwhacking back across flooded grass plains and boulder fields, we topped Dinger Tor before High Willhays (4) and finally Yes Tor (5). Tumbling down Longstone Hill to cross Meldon Reservoir's dam wall to finish, just before dark set in. See runventureonline.com for the challenge. Happy trails.

Stanage Climbing - Weather Report (1 of 2)
Adam and I go climbing at Stanage, a gritstone climbing area in the Peak District of the UK. This was our only day of climbing while on 'holiday' in England so we were definitely making the best of it. Turns out what we considered poor conditions were actually pretty good conditions for this part of the world. The weather went from crap to sunny and beautiful back to crap at least eight times over the course of the day. We didn't see anyone else turning it in for the day, so we didn't either.
