What a joy working with these too and their wonderful families.
It was a very hot July day and we worked through the sweat and against the bright sun but we had lots of fun and created unforgettable memories.
We started with the preparation pictures at the house in Mississauga. I enjoyed working with Trista so much. She was a little bit stressed but so lovely and sweet.
All the little details that she had and take a look at her garter's picture which was so so Canadian. Then we moved to the Bradley Museum in Mississauga to start with first look pictures and bride and groom session. Phill's reaction was so touching. I felt the beautiful chemistry between those two.
We captured a few family pictures as a request of Trista's dad under the Canadian flag and I am very happy with his idea.
Their reception took place at the Roma's Hospitality Center in Mississauga and that was one great, fun party.
How I love being a wedding photographer!

Museum Dance Off 5 - The Museums of Mississauga
The Museums of Mississauga's entry into the Museum Dance Off 5 contest. Thank you to everyone who voted for us in the first round. Sadly we are not moving on but hopefully we will be in the running for some of the additional trophies.
This is the 3rd time the Museums of Mississauga have entered the Museum Dance Off contest. Our previous years entries can be found at the end of the video. Every year we strive to create a fun and entertaining video that shows off the creativity the staff of the Museums of Mississauga has. This years theme is based on anniversaries. Canada just had its 150th anniversary as a country and the Bradley Museum had its 50th anniversary of being a museum as well. Because of this we as the staff picked and voted for some of the best Canadian songs that represented the last 50 years. There was lots of debate on what songs to choose but in the end we settled on the songs below.
Songs:
Born to Be Wild - Steppenwolf
Heart of Gold - Neil Young
Fly By Night - Rush
Sunglasses at Night - Corey Heart
Don't Forget Me - Glass Tiger
Life is a Highway - Tom Cochrane
One Week - Barenaked Ladies
Sk8ter Boi - Avril Lavigne
1234 - Feist
Call Me Maybe - Carly Rae Jepsen
Love Stuck - Mother Mother
Ahead By A Century - Tragically Hip

Mississauga Travel Guide - Canada Amazing Atmosphere
Mississauga Travel Guide - Canada Amazing Atmosphere
Mississauga is a city in the Canadian province of Ontario and a suburb of Toronto. It is situated on the shores of Lake Ontario in the Regional Municipality of Peel, bordering Toronto. The growth of Mississauga is attributed to its proximity to Toronto. During the latter half of the 20th century, the city attracted a multicultural population and built up a thriving central business district. It is home to Toronto Pearson International Airport, Canada's busiest airport, as well as the headquarters of many Canadian and multinational corporations.
Mississauga has many different neighbourhoods including the incorporated townships. There are 22 neighbourhoods in Mississauga.

Mississauga is reasonably accessible from Toronto by transit. GO Transit runs trains during rush hour and buses the rest of the day from various terminals in Toronto to several stations in Mississauga. Square One shopping centre contains the main bus terminal for the city, it is regularly served by GO buses as well as local Mississauga Transit buses.
Port Credit is an older, historic village at the centre of Mississauga's Lake Ontario shore features many intimate small restaurants, cafes and bars. Annual events include the Waterfront Festival and Jazz/Bluefest. Nice Marina and walking paths at the Credit River entrance and along the lakeshore.
Streetsville is a small village is where the renowned mayor of Mississauga, Hazel McCallion, resides. It has many shops, restaurants, and green areas to explore. Visit in June to enjoy the Bread and Honey Festival or in winter months for Remembrance Day services and the Santa Claus Parade.
Mississauga has over 350 parks of various sizes. Many small parkettes with trees and park benches form green spaces in busy neighbourhoods. Other large sports parks feature baseball diamonds, tennis courts, soccer and football fields. There is also an authentic Japanese park right in the City Centre as well as 9 picnic parks, many of them offering barbeque facilities.
Wahoosh Falls. To get a sample of the nearby Hamilton waterfalls concentration, head down the ravine at Burnhamthorpe Rd W and Mississauga Rd. A miniature 10ft waterfall is a fair reward after a healthy urban hike
Mississauga has a vibrant arts community, promoted by the Mississauga Arts Council, which holds an annual awards ceremony, called the MARTYs, to celebrate the city's entertainers, artists, filmmakers, writers, and musicians. Mississauga's largest festivities such as Canada Day Celebration, Mississauga Rotary Ribfest, Tree Lighting Ceremony, and New Year's Eve Bash generally occur in Celebration Square.

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum was founded in 1972 and is a non-profit organization whose mandate is to acquire, document, preserve and maintain a complete collection of aircraft that were flown by Canadians and the Canadian military from the beginning of World War II to the present. Our role is to preserve the artifacts, books, periodicals and manuals relating to this mandate. The Museum now houses almost fifty aircraft, an extensive aviation Gift Shop and Exhibit Gallery.
A collection of over forty aircraft has grown through the friendship of Dennis Bradley and Alan Ness. Their love of aviation and their desire to maintain and preserve Canada's aviation history saw restoration projects that were not only great pieces of workmanship but airworthy examples.

Funny fact: So in the video I mentioned that I had an interesting factoid that one of the staff at the Air Combat Zone told me. He told me that the when the Blue Angels are flying in close formation, each pilot trims the aircraft so that if they were to become unconscious they would automatically pull out of formation. However, this means that you're always having to put resistance on the stick to stay level in formation, and so the F/A-18s flight computers try to compensate and help the pilot by putting the trim back to normal. Which the pilots obviously don't want, so they use bungee cords in the cockpit! Whatever works right? :P
