1. Carlos Ghosn an auto-industry legend holds citizenship of France, Lebanon and Brazil, and was connected to 74 boards in 5 different organisations across 16 different industries
2. Ghosn had previously turned around the fortunes of Nissan in 2001-2002, which was considered next to impossible by most
