Full Flight of Lufthansa Flight 809 from Stockholm (ARN) to Frankfurt (FRA), in Business Class.
This flight has made me a life time customer of Lufthansa when I can fly with them. I was flying back to the USA in First Class on FL440, and had a short connection. They (Lufthansa) met me at the gate with a limo to take me to the next flight. Then a personal assistant past, passport control and security to the gate. (I was so stunned at the level of service that I forgot to film it... DOH)
